Ridiculous delivery times. After you pay a mandated $4.99 delivery charge and a forced tip, you're looking at almost $30 for a sandwich, drink and chips. Almost 2 hours before you get said sandwich? Ridiculous! Still a great sandwich but I'm not spending that much for non service.
Sorry, I didn't like the food that much. I would recommend to choose other sandwich stops
This was my first visit to this location. I placed a pick-up order ahead of time through the app for a 12:30pm pick-up during my lunch break. My order was ready when I arrived at 12:33; it was 100% correct, with all the ingredients I requested, chips, and a drink. The service was quick and friendly. The sandwich was fresh and delicious. Thanks for the great service, I will definitely be back!
16" sandwich, with 12" inch worth of food. 1/4th of the sandwich had nothing but a tomatoe. Nothing else. Very pathetic effort.
Horrible service. Unprofessional manager. Rude and disrespectful to a customer, and an employee. Used the F word when talking to a customer about a botched order. Used it again when talking to an employee while on the phone with the customer. Lied out right.. said he was going to deliver the right order. Had no intention of doing so. Very disappointed with this sandwich shop. Will never go to that particular GOOD CENTS again! What happened to " THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!" ?
Love Goodcents and have frequented this location several times. It's always good, clean and fast service. Today I went in and ordered two sandwiches and a couple chocolate chip cookies. The person who rang me up was very distracted with a few people who were in the store and when I got home I noticed he gave me different cookies that appears to be chocolate chip, white chocolate and nut. We have nut allergies in our house so I was disappointed since I love their cookies. Sandwiches were great as usual.
I love this place. Because of many reasons, but one over all. This was my first job in 2014-2015 while I was in high school, I turned 18 while I was working there. Well when your are under 18 you cannot touch the meat slicer (which makes sense because maturity brings safety in that case) but when I turned 18 and could use the meat slicer I was pumped, the company is great they teach you exactly what it should be like to grow for younger people to work there, I loved serving every customer and there was so many daily or weekly customers that would return in surely solid that most people came back to eat very very fresh cut delis served by friendly people (some people have bad days, it’s normal, we wouldn’t be human without having bad days) but most employees were just happy to be around a friendly environment to work, it really is a great place in and out and they do care for the safety of their employees, I can’t thank mr Goodcents enough for showing me what a job should be like for my very first one, I’ve moved on from there but it was the perfect start, thank you.
No one came out for curbside. Called the first time and it rang forever. Called back six more times and it said my call couldn't be completed. I don't normally have issues here. I went in and could see 4 people working. Only one customer on the store. When I told them what happened, nothing. I wish the tip could be added after picking up the food.
