The guy with the pony tail and the camo shorts is rude to me every single time I order. Incredibly condescending.That being said this is a well run business and I will continue to eat here.

Stopped in while running some errands in the area. Haven't had Goodcents in years! Always loved the bread.... I wasn't disappointed! Same taste I remember ! Fast and fresh sandwich ? friendly service! I'll keep this in mind and stop by again. Thanks for the great service and fast lunch!
I haven’t been to a Goodcents for about nine months because I have found the quality to really have gone downhill over the past few years. But I just paid $25 for a sandwich and a half. I can go to my favorite sitdown restaurant and be served and get a meal for two people at this price. I don’t think I will be back, ever.
Terrible customer service, forgot to add bacon and cheese which was an extra 6$. Then when asked to have extra charges taken off accuse me of lying about bacon and extra cheese.
I ordered a sandwich with them and this is what i got. I love goodcents and went to many of locations but this is the worst one i ever went to. I will never recommend anyone to go here ever.
Have been here multiple times. Food is good for the most part but how can you screw up a sandwich? When we went in tonight 20 min. before close, for cold cuts, the manager was rude. I could tell they all wanted to be done with work and almost felt bad for making them do there jobs, so for that before we left I said "have a good night" and the manager responder "I'm trying to". I do not know if he was trying to be rude but by his body language and attitude I would say it was meant to be. So my advise is just go spend your money somewhere else, I know I will. I will also let my grandma that worked for corporate know about this.

We've ordered from this Goodcents in Olathe at least half a dozen times, and their sandwiches have been fresh, delicious and correct every time. This is usually the case with all Goodcents locations we've either dined in or ordered delivery from. Great local KC company!
