Good food but don't bother with the drive thru. They get your order wrong almost every time
Hate leaving negative comments but this one was earned from the staff tonight! No reason to turn away customer's including myself an hour before the stated closing time. The only orders they were working on were carry out orders placed online. When an order was then placed online (only a 4'' sub by the way), it was intentionally made incorrectly and with excessive items. This was done clearly because someone was upset about making a sandwich prior to closing a business. Close your business earlier if you don't want to take care of customers.
car side order due to being handicapped waited 20minutes after time was supposed to be done called the # on carside to go sign numerous times with no answer, went in side waited another 20 minutes , and they looked at me like i was crazy and could not find order , i have waited 4 months with trying this location because i always have issues 1 year ago my wife had a hair in her sandwich come on i want to find a goodsents that does there job
My husband and I decided to stop in and get some sandwiches for dinner our total for a children's meal and a 8 inch tuna with two scoops of tuna on it was $22. Not worth the money for the product.
We go to this Goodcents fairly regularly, Its convenient fromt he soccer fields, the kids like the cookies and sandwiches. The staff is always friendly and they nearly always get the order correct. But it bugs me that tonight is the 4th time over the last 8 months that we've visited at 7:30/7:40 pm, 20min before the stated closing time where they've shooed us away stating they are closed. 3 people staffed in there, we can see them, working tonight. Another hopeful customer behind us in line and they've decided to close up shop. Why not make closing time 7:30 then?
Easy access from the soccer complex to get that quick lunch in between games
Great service! The young crew working that evening was energized and pleasant.
We love Goodcents. Everything is so fresh, especially the bread. They put a fair amount of deli meat on each sandwich compared to their national competitors.
I understand that we are all understaffed. Sadly, serving customers who are In line and ready to pay was not a priority. Open sign was on and there were three of us in line tonight at 7:40 when we were told that they close at 8 and have served their last customer. It’s not the end of the world, but it is disappointing.
Bread is not nearly as wide as other good cents location's so you are unable to do alot of things like double meat and other options as the bread cannot close other places like subway, jersey Mike's and other near by good cents do not have such narrow bread
