We just moved to the area. I'm a bit picky when it comes to Chinese food. This place didn't disappoint. We tried the sampler appetizer, sesame chicken, and the egg drop soup. Everything was ready on time as expected when I placed the order online. The food was fresh and flavorful. I was pleased with everything we tried. We will definitely be back! The woman that gave me my food at the window was extremely rude. The attitude from her alone will keep me from coming back. She told me I couldn’t put 25 cent into the bouncey ball machine for my child after she rolled her eyes when I asked for a drink. Will not come back.
The food was good, and great portion size, however I have to bring down the stars on this review due to the flimsy carryout containers they just started using.The carryout containers do not withstand the weight of the soup containers. I arrived home to discover both our main entree containers were flattened and the bottom of the sack was full of the various juices of each entree. The napkins, and packets of soy sauce, etc were all covered in the sauces that were obviously missing from our main meals. Hopefully they will order new packaging to avoid this in the future.
The food is really good, but the customer service is lacking. I was debating about tipping since I had a small order and dine-in is not allowed, but I tipped anyway as I want to help out local businesses during this unique time. When I arrived, no one was there to assist me. After a couple minutes, a lady came to assist me and give me my order. She gave me my order and then slammed the glass in my face without a thank you. After I arrived home, I noticed my orange chicken was leaking throughout the bag as the box that it is placed in is not very secure or it was not nicely put into the box as I did not tip the bag at any point. More secure packaging would be great in the future as there was sauce leaking and got over the added sauces, napkins, and fork. I gave it 4 stars as the food is usually very good.
Ordered through Door Dash around 5:30pm for a delivery at work around 8:20pm. They sent my order through as "in progress" but never got a Dasher to deliver it so I couldn't even cancel it. They basically stole $21.00. By the time I waited to see if it really was just a delay in finding a Dasher the store was closed. I guess if you enjoy spending your money with thieves go here. I've never had this happen and will never dine or suggest anyone else do either. Horrible way to get money without service. I should file a police report.
Food's great but the restaurant still isn't open. You can only order through the door or online or by the phone. Also, the individual who took my order just seemed to be inconvenience to by me. Sorta borderline rude.
Best takeout Chinese I’ve had. Very tasty vegetables , cooked just right. Chicken broccoli is my go to.

We have been eating at this venue since 2000 but have since moved out of the area. While visiting this week we decided to eat at our favorite Chinese restaurant. It was AWFUL. First they only have take out. Our order was ready in 15 minutes and when we got home it was the worst looking food. The soup was flavored water and our entrees were just as bad. Will never eat there again.
This is one of the newest Chinese places in Springfield I live in Beverly Hills subdivision and it’s on Kearny so I tried it it’s one of the best Chinese spots in town I would’ve gave it four stars but every time I come to the drive-through they give my dog like six chicken chunks the only reason I would’ve gave it four stars is there a general chicken could be spicier but by far with customer service and food quality and portions it’s one of the best
