Food is always hot and fresh but the kids they put in the drive thru won’t make eye contact, mumble any words they speak and generally seem like the customer is the biggest inconvenience.
They've always been friendly and accurate with my order. The only suggestion I have is for the drive thru employees to please do a better job of marking the lids of the drinks so I know which one is which. The street leading to their parking lot is full of pot holes, but I'm not sure how much control they have over that, just a heads up!
This place is in need of something. We went in about 5:30pm 04/12/22. The food is usually ok. My problem this time was the slimy/greasy floor. It was hard to walk without slipping. We heard a few others people comment about it. Clean this place up or we won't be back.
This location is often super busy. But we've never encountered anyone who works here who hasn't been awesome. We are never disappointed.

I have no idea what’s happening with the hours of this location. I’ve shown up three times now and they’ve been closed when the hours online and on the sign say it should be open. I’ve called to clarify the hours and the guy had no clue what I was talking about. This doesn’t seem like standard operating procedures. Please just be honest about the hours
My burger was burnt to a crisp. My fries were cold. If you want good Freddy's in Olathe go to the one off of 151st Street
Yum! We also enjoy a Freddys lunch and treat. The staff here was friendly, greeted us with smiles, checked on our food satisfaction and helped clear our table.

Waited in the packed drive thru for literally 10 minutes. Only moved two spots because the car in front of me left and one car finished. Drove down the street to Wendy’s, and the same cars were in the drive thru at Freddys on my way back. ?
