Extremely disappointed with service. At one point an employee walked BC he wasn't being trained or taught how to do the job but was being yelled at to do the job. Alot of chaos and we waited 50 mins for 3 sandwich's with 4 employees working!
Check your order! Don't expect a good experience.Not only did they miss sandwiches for my order, they also missed sandwiches for other pickup orders after mine. I had to return to the restaurant and there was no attempt to remedy the situation. I will not be returning to this location.Staff was not friendly and did not say a word after several minutes of waiting in their online order pickup location.Quality of food left a lot to be desired.
With only one other person in the restaurant waiting for their food I paid and was then kept waiting 12 minutes to then be told they were out of the meat for my sandwich. Adding insult to injury they refunded me a penny less than what I was charged. I'll never go back.Updating this on 7/7 to respond to Hannah that today said "sorry to hear that the restaurant was missing items you wanted to order" clearly missed what I stated. I placed the order, they accepted the order, to then make me wait and tell me they couldn't make the sandwich. Also as an update the credit has never shown up on my credit card account and it's been 10 business days!
Always clean, the food is always made to order, I have several picky eaters in my family and they always get our order right. The staff is courteous and friendly, we are regulars for all these reasons, and last but not least, the sandwiches are fantastic!
Upon arriving a little after they opened they were just not prepared. The pop machine didn’t have ice nor was the pop even working. Luckily the food was good. Hopefully management can pick things up and get everyone on same page and continue to run a business that provides service and an enjoyable place to eat at. Being first experience here, that’s always the one the matters most and brings people back so hopefully, again, that gets taking care for the next persons.Well after leaving I went to bathroom….dirty. Soap dispenser does not work nor the hand sanitizer dispenser works. Only one bathroom available as other is out of service. And to add, the whole place filled with smoke like something got burned. This is all unfortunate and I feel bad but this is a business and as human beings we have to have higher standards to set examples for people and next generations. Hope this place can get attention it needs and make changes for success.
This used to be my favorite sub shop, hand down. Now it is dirty. I understand low on product, it’s the way it is right now. But it is so different now.
The place was absolutely disgusting. Food all over the floor. Female bathroom out of order. Male bathroom door lock broken. No lids for drinks. Food was decent. Gross environment.
It was a very busy day here today but it is so worth the wait. The 4 boys their worked together amazingly. Best team work I have seen in a very long time. These boys deserve a raise. They where so polite and following procedures so naturally. I watched them for about 15 mins and they made at least 20 sandwiches. Keep up the good work. I wish I could afford to go here more often
The sandwich was okay. Hook and Ladder. Had it many times. Try some of the others. Wish they had fried onion rings and french fries. They compare with all the other sub sandwich places. Give them a try
i went and order my food and they added tomatoes and then i found a hair in my food after waiting 20 minutes for it, i also got no pickle when it’s supposed to come with a pickle.
