5 of us just ate at the Olathe Fazoli’s. We got our food but waited 15 minutes for our breadsticks. I went and spoke with the girl in charge and told her they could have told us the breadsticks were not ready and then asked if we wanted to wait for our meal. She really did not understand and just said they wanted to get our food out hot?♀️. There was a tray of breadsticks and I guy was putting a bunch in a bag for a drive through order so if I would not have gone up, we probably would not have gotten them. She said “we have some, would you like some of these?” Of course we did because everyone was almost done with their meal. ??♀️ Very disappointed!!Now I understand why there is never anyone there. It was 6:30 and 1 other group was there.
The food was fresh and hot. Alex and Eden did a great job checking on us to see if we need anything.Thanksrestaurant 5950 ?

Pretty good food for the convenience of being able to have Italian food without making it or going into a sit down restaurant. They could mix their sauce & noodles a little better. By the time I got home the noodles that weren't hit with sauce were dried up & basically inedible, but the dish was flavored well. They could maybe come up with some combos that include a salad & breadsticks, instead of everything being separate, just to adjust the cost some.
We had the best experience at Fazoli"s ever on 04/27/2022. Travis E. waited on us and he is simply the best. Please keep this young man as he is best person to wait on us in long time at Fazoli's. Sometimes we have not had as good of service. Thank him and he should get a raise. Very helpful and courteous. He gets a 5 star rating or 100% as we were very happy. THANKS SO MUCH!!!??
Great experience! Emma was exceptionally nice and Emily said hey to me through the drive through. The spirits of the employees seem to be high, which resulted in a fantastic experience.
I thought she was a good asset but didnt completely finish my order 2 orders of breadsticks I didn't receive

It was quick and decent for fast food Italian. The bread sticks were amazing.
