I will never go to this location ever again! I went inside to order some donuts. I understand there’s staffing issues. But I waited inside for 10 minutes without getting help. All I got was an employee saying “ I will be with you in a minute.” Never got help or donuts so I left.
Slowest drive through! Get it together- orders wrong, drinks wrong. At what point will the manager/owner get this corrected? Poor rating after poor rating and nothing changes!
The line is wrapped around the building and it isn't moving at all. This is ridiculous for fast food. Two people in front of me had to force their way out of line. Finally reaching the window after 45 minutes.
Mediocre, like most Dunkin’ locations. I usually do mobile orders, it’s still a hard concept for some locations, including this one. First time I walked in and went to the mobile pickup, and all the employees looked at me, then just went back to what they were doing. Stood there for 30 seconds, then reached behind the counter to grab my drink. Another time none of my stuff was ready and they all just stared at me again. I did get a free donut and free size upgrade though. Also, I’ve gotten stuck in the parking lot twice due to the drive thru line, which is also slow.Update 2/27/22. Down to one star. Made a mobile order a few weeks ago, one donut was wrong, one was missing, they had no brewed coffee so I had to wait 15 min after I arrived for them to make it. Went again today and waited literally 30 minutes in the drive thru. This place is a joke.
Love this location! Not only do they consistently get my order right and have pretty quick drive-thru service, but the workers are always so cordial and good-natured! :)
Every time I come here I’m told they can’t make something . Such as special drinks that are cold brew I’ll ask to be frozen but same flavor there is a particular lady who does it every time and then they say they can’t do that . And then I got the cold brew instead this time and it looked nothing like it did on the screen and tasted like a whole different drink from when I got it frozen . Also incredibly slow every single time and I’ve never had a cheerful attitude from even one of them . I will not be using this location anymore .
We arrived at the drive thru at 9:10. Waited for 7 minutes and finally said “hello”. A snarky male voice came back and told us they would be with us as soon as possible. We waited another 5 minutes. I got out to see if anyone was still waiting at the window- no one.We ended up driving away.They were not busy inside and I’m guessing they just didn’t care that customers were now waiting in the drive thru with a line wrapped around the building. GET WITH IT DUNKIN.
