Got a blizzard and it was handed to me melted. And wasn’t flipped to show me. I love having soup for dessert it’s the best.
Avoid this location at all cost. It is fun by cheap foreigners without a pocket of common sense. They refused to take my app coupon because they said that ot wasn't good. It wouldn't be there if it wasn't good. They asked to see my phone 25 times. It looked the same each time. Here is a photo of pure incompetence
The food has been great everytime. My only complaint is the last two times I’ve been there and ordered a chicken strip basket the gravy they’ve given me has been water consistency and inedible.
The service was very questionable and the girl at the window didn’t know what was on the menu. We bought burgers and fry’s and three hours later I had food poisoning. We will never return to this Dq. Ver, very fissapointing.
We don't come here too often because they mess up every time we go. This is the one that broke the camel's back. We order 4 blizzards and one chocolate shake. We had add-ons to each blizzard with extra add-ons. There is none. $30.21 wasted. We will never come back. I will never understand how hard it is to get a simple order right and always mess up everything every time. If you plan to go here don't. Also they don't flip the blizzards upside down. I think because there too liquidity.
This place was disgusting inside the dining area, food all over the uncleared tables, your feet stick to the floor with every step because the soda station hasn’t been cleaned in hours and the floor is covered in sticky dried soda. The trash was overflowing and the staff doesn’t care. I won’t be coming back to this location. If they care so little in the areas of the restaurant I can see as a customer, then I can only imagine that food safety is treated with the same disregard. Obviously management does not take their duties seriously. Too bad since this used to be a nice location.
THE GIRL @ THE WINDOW WAS AMAZINGLY NOT VERY HELPFUL, AND IMPATIENTLY RUDE. THE CHILI ON THE HOTDOG DID NOT JUST APPEAR TO BE NOT PLEASANT BUT I ALSO HAD AN UPSET STOMACH . I HONESTLY HATE NOTICING OR FEELING LIKE I AM BEING RACIALLY DISCRIMINATED. BUT THAT'S EXACTLY ALL I AM STANDING ON. IF THERE IS NO OTHER FACTORS WHICH I'M NOT AWARE OF

My sprite ended up being a tea, my cheeseburger was overloaded with ketchup and mustard... and my blast was half melted. I went next door to QT tossed my DQ in the trash.
Best one in the city. When you order a large blizzard, you actually get a 32oz blizzard
