This is our new favorite coffee shop! I love the vibe and the aesthetic! The comic theme is a huge plus! My little nephews and I love the peach smoothies! They're naturally sweet and refreshing! My caramel latte was one of the best I've ever had! The pastries are delicious, my oldest nephew recommends the blueberry muffins.
Great atmosphere, great coffee, and great service. We we’re welcomed as soon as we entered. Super clean and very cozy spot. There’s a little bit for everyone, if you don’t like coffee they offered seasonal smoothies. The shop even has a large variety of comic books displayed and get this, you can purchase them!! ? I will most definitely be back.
I absolutely love it here! The coffee is great! The comic book atmosphere is really cool. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. (FYI they have decaf as well as regular). I'll plan on attending a trivia night soon.
Visited Comic Coffeehouse with my sister. Right off the bat Mike welcomes you in, the vibe is relaxed, vibrant colors and comics strung on the wall. The menu has familiar drinks like lattes, macchiatos and smoothies. And then there’s Coffee Lemonade…which is exactly that and let me tell you, we we’re pleasantly surprised. If you don’t like the taste of black coffee this may not be the drink for you. We enjoyed it very much. I had an iced chai while we sat a chatted with Mike. To go I had a lavender lemonade. There was also this awesome almond pastry. A cross between a croissant and gooey butter cake. I ate it before I even thought of taking a pic. Definitely coming back. I got my first stamp on a loyalty card, come in and get yours.
What a great coffee house! I went here with my adult son and enjoyed excellent coffee and enjoyed the atmosphere and talking with the owner about Marvel, DC, Fantastic Four, etc. Cool comics and game at each table. Even if you're not into comics, the coffee is so great, you need to stop and get it!
Michael (the owner and proprietor) makes some delicious coffee. I am not much of a coffee drinker myself, but I like the iced lattes here, and I very much like the conversation. Our son has gotten deeply invested in comics lately and I really appreciate he's found a nearby place where he can share and learn more about his hobby.
The Comic Coffehouse is a must for those in Johnson County or those traveling through. The coffee is delicious at a price you can't beat. My favorites so far are the White Chocolate Latte and the Caramel Latte. The interior has comic books to read while sipping on your coffee and space to hang out and chat with friends. The owners are fantastic and great folks to chat with about anything from comics, to television, to the day to day stuff. If you haven't been yet, you've got to check them out. If you've been before, you already know you'll be going back.
I just stopped by and its is such an amazing atmosphere. The idea is amazong and it's crazy that the owner sells his own comics for our own enjoyment. Definitly will be coming back often
