Went in to Coldstone tonight and was waited on by a very lovely girl named Amy. She was so polite and had a smile that just made you smile too. Probably the best employee you've had in a very long time. She's a keeper!
Would have been 5 stars but they are really slow at this one and half the items are not priced.
Ordered off door dash nothing in my order was right and they add things I did not ask for, I don't think they even tried the ice cream flavor was wrong and all the topping were wrong and they was no waffle cone that I asked for and they gave me the wrong, would not recommend ordering of door dash they have never got my order right, I have order 3 times
VERY displeased. We always order a Coldstone cake for my son's birthday. A splurge at $50+. Last year we got it from Olathe location, looked great. This year ordered from Leawood location since closer and what a disappointment! It looked blah, no trim around the top of the cake, no decorations on top, only writing which was not centered. I was offered the phone number of owner. Texted him about situation with pictures attached and received no response. Then when we cut the cake, we really there were no mix-ins. I think they might have put one layer down but isn't the point to mix in with ice cream? I will not go here again and suggest you find somewhere else. Ownership clearly doesn't care based on lack of response and other poor reviews.
Dear Cold Stone Creamery,Why have your establishment open if it's not properly stocked?1. Fudge is an essential mix-in when you offer items like the Founders Favorite!!2. Teach your employees to wipe off the sides of the cups from any spillage BEFORE handing it to the customer(s).3. Last but certainly NOT least... Your prices dictate that napkins should be available!!!!Today on 3-27-22 I asked for napkins to wipe my husband's cup off and I was given 3 paper-thin “restroom” paper towels!!
Staff was very friendly, and the ice cream is always great!
I ordered food for delivery but it never got delivered. And best part on order status tracking it shows it was delivered. I tried to call them but no one picked my call and the message inbox was full. I would not recommend for delivery from Cold Stone. Spoiled my whole family’s night.

Staff was very friendly. My order took a while since it was 6 special icecream but it came messed up on 2 of them. They were so busy we just let it be. It would have been nice if the place was cleaner though.
