I have no idea how the employees were trained here. They seem to be pretty incapable and probably don't know what they are doing.Have been a customer for Church's Chicken for more than 10 years. Always order the fried chickens in half regular and half spicy without any issue. But the lady here told me that she cannot do it without any reasonable explanation. Simply ridiculous in my opinion.
Service is okay. Food is okay. Not great, not bad. The jalapeños bombers is what keeps me coming back here ?.
The original smokehouse chicken meal is well worth the trip to this location. My wife and I have had this combo 4 times since it came out this year. We get the corn on cob as side item. We add peach cobbler. We hope the keep this menu item. Does not disappoint.
The only good thing is the bag and the lemonade hhChicken sandwich tasted like nothingVery little fries
I arrived at the tail end of a mild rush. Two vehicles parked and waiting for their orders and then one in front of me paying and receiving their order at the window. I put in my order and am told it will be 15 minutes, I say that's fine, and I park. They then get the orders out for the ones already waiting, which is fine. Then more cars arrive and a couple get theirs at the window; but, a few more park too. Then as my wait is hitting the 15 minute mark everyone after me gets their orders and leave. Then one of the kitchen staff members looks out their little window at me and says something to the others. Then more people show up and get helped at the window and some park. At the half hour mark the guy that took my order at the window comes out and says "We forgot about you." Gives me my bag, and then walks away. Not even a sorry.
I ordered from here today, got the Texas chicken and shrimp and ordered mashed potatoes. They forgot the mashed potatoes there were only ten fries scattered around the box and they were cold, the chicken was also cold and the biscuits were burnt. Worst church’s chicken I’ve been to. This is the 2nd time they’ve messed up my order and the food has been nasty
Chicken is very tasty. We are keeping coming back. Very Good food.
Horrible food. Chicken smelled rotten. Biscuits are dry, the only good item was the mashed potatoes and gravy.20 minute drive and 30 dollars wasted.

You know people work hard for their money period point blank!! An after a hard days of work you want to get the best for your buck!!! And today this place has really dropped the ball! Being served food that’s not fully prepared is one thing but I have 3 young children I’m serving as well! The place wasn’t busy I pulled right up to the speaker, my order was a mobile order and I was 5mins late to pick up so it’s not like I was rushing! As I approach the window the cashier tells me, “ohh I’m sorry we was out of apple pies so we threw more biscuits in for you(basically didn’t give me an options) ” first off I didn’t order biscuits so why would you think I want extra biscuits??? All around bad customer service! But to get home and make my children plates to see unprepared/ partially prepared food was devastating and heart breaking and their putting the mashed potatoes in 20oz fountain drink CUPS!!!! I had small issue before big this here takes the cake with the unprepared mashed potatoes!!! It’s really unacceptable!
