Avoid this location… they SKIMP so bad and they are annoyed when you ask for extra. A single portion of meat is a small chunk and now a double portion is the regular amount. This is the closest Chipotle to my house but it is worth the drive to go to a better location. I love chipotle so I will definitely go elsewhere.
This is a sincerely awful Chipotle. Tortilla-rice-bean guy is having a convo with his buddy in front of us for several minutes before the ordering even starts. Huge backup on the line. Every customer in line's food is sitting there for almost 10 minutes getting cold. They're out of pre-portioned chips so cashier kid is hand scooping chips for each order. Gloves up, grabs 3 or 4 chips (literally) and puts them into a bowl to transfer them to a chip bag. Degloves. Washes his hands. Takes the chips up to the front. None of this is being done with the slightest bit of urgency or consideration of customers. Then no ice for my drinks. Then no Chipotle Tabasco for my now cold burrito. None at other tables either. Just out and haven't refilled a single bottle. I should add that there were 7 employees working. This is a Sunday night at 8:00 and 7 employees couldn't figure out how to handle a "rush" of 12-15 customers in a 20 minute span. Well, it was actually 8 employees, but one employee chose to sit complacently in the booth closest to the cash register, hearing the cashier struggle and the customers clearly annoyed. Just sat there. On break. No dinner. Just chilling listening to everything back up.I love Chipotle and I'll be back to others, but if you're reading this, avoid this location at all costs. This Chipotle needs Jesus.
I don’t know if it’s just this location or others, but everything has tanked with Chipotle in the last few years.The chips here used to be so full of flavor, and now they’re complete garbage. How bad do you have to be as a TexMex restaurant when bagged tortilla chips at the grocery store are better tasting? Tortilla chips are so easy to make too, so Chipotle should be nailing this!My entire family switched from ordering burritos to ordering bowls because Chipotle would skimp on the good ingredients. Now the bowls are like 50% rice, 10% beans, 10% meat, and 30% everything else.I honestly believe I’m done getting Chipotle for a very long time. I can make all of this stuff for far cheaper, far better tasting, healthier, etc. The convenience of not cooking is not worth the steep prices, lack of quality and lack of quantity.
My boyfriend ordered online. I got a kids meal and he ordered a bowl. My kids meal was tacos with, rice, steak, and cheese. They put the steak in his bowl and they didn’t even give my meal a tortilla. There is literally rice and cheese in a box. Who forgets the tortilla??
Might have been 4 stars but when they drop a bit of food on the counter or between the containers they either try an put it in your food or they put it back in the hot plate containers. I don't know if they don't understand the concepts of bacteria and food contamination or if they just don't care but either way it's gross.
Incorrectly made my order. Left off the cheese for our kids meal and incorrectly made the burrito bowls. Manager was very rude and refused to give me the cheese for the kids meal or remake the burritos without me paying again. Love chipotle but dont come here.
This is the worst location I've been to. It's my own fault because I keep going back but food is cold every time, probably because it sits on the counter instead of at the pickup area, and they forgot chips 3 of the last 5 times. Staff just stares at u when u ask for things. Not one to usually write reviews but this is an every time thing not just once
After a long work shift I always like to get chipotle. Today was a bad day and it got worse when I went to pick up my order and I get home to find that they forgot my side of chips. I am beyond disappointed especially since this chipotle never messed up my order. On the day I needed my chips the most.., they weren’t there…
I’ve tried this location a few times but I’m done. They almost never have any peppers in their fajita veggies. Only onions. I like the veggie burrito so that is important. Chipotle needs to figure out how to better manage their supply chain. Done.
They gave me almost no hot sauce or chicken. Not only that, but I had to bring my girlfriends food back up to the store to demand they fill it up more then a quarter of the bowl full. They will try to scam you over doordash just go in store or don’t go at all. Run by a bunch of teenagers and they even had the nerve to be rude to me after all the evidence they were in the wrong. Never going to this chipotle again
