I think they gave me a kids size quesadilla instead of regular size for like $8-9. Nothing like the first one I got at another Chipotle. Disappointing.
This is by far the best Chipotle in the City (KC & surrounding). The culture is still instilled at this location and I love coming here! It's ALWAYS very clean, from the dining room & bathrooms, to the service line! Great customer service (with smiles) from all employees, and never a very long wait. I wish all Chipotle restaurants could be like this again! 10/10
I have been frequenting this location for 6 years now since we moved nearby, but this Chipotle has been on the decline for about a year now. The large queso size seems to be smaller than it used to be and the portions are much skimpier. My burrito bowl is never full anymore where it used to be almost overflowing. A few times I've ordered a bag of chips I've bitten into a few very stale chips like they have been mixing fresh with old. I'm sad because I used to love this place so I hope it gets better.
I've gone to this chipotle ALOT recently and every single time I am always satisfied with my burrito and experience:)! The lady's working on the line are so sweet and always willing to accommodate for weird orders. The managers will go out of their way and have gone out of their way for me multiple times! This place sets the example for what a good chipotle is supposed to be. I enjoy spending my money here! Thank you for being so awesome ?
This chipotle used to be good. The new highest give skimpy portions and they have done this since January the year before I got great portions they are so tiny I had to tell them to put more beans and rice and they caught an attitude.
In a lot of companies it takes one employee to ruin the mural for the entire building. I can easily see that person as being ‘Amber’ at this location. Amber tried tricking us into paying for an extra side of meat that we didn’t order. I tols them twice this was incorrect and they still added it to the bill. I eventually had to ask the manager for help and he did absolutely nothing. On the way out of the building Amber yelled “HAVE A BEAUTIFUL DAY!” Of course I confronted this and the manager stood there and couldn’t even control his own employee who stood there arguing with me. Absolutely pathetic, ridiculous, and avoidable situation. We will never go back to this location.
Before the employee made my burrito, he was using a broom and dustpan. He then got some paper towels to wipe the sweat off his forehead and then served me. He didn't change his gloves at all. Come on...Happened around 4:20-4:25p June 14th
Eaten here dozens of times and haven't had issues with my orders. I will normally do larger carry out orders at work. The parking lot is kind of small for the lunch rush.
I have order from here and not ever an issue, I ordered at this location by accident, was informed someone on thee online team thanking it would be a rapid response it has almost been a month, and still have not gotten my refund or even a credit. This is extremely unprofessional, and makes me think twice of continuing to return, I am highly upset worth this process
Grabbed a chicken bowl and a carnitas burrito after son's baseball game. Ready right on time, hot, fresh, tasty. Well seasoned. Exactly what I expected.
