Went here 4 times. 3 out of the 4 times our order has been wrong. I have a gluten allergy and they have either put a regular bun on my grilled chicken sandwich or given me crispy nuggets which I cannot eat. They don't pay enough attention when they're filling your order. Don't leave here until you make sure you get what you ordered. They're getting 2 stars because the food is still good when you actually get what you ordered.
Chick-fil-A never disappoints, the greeters are super energetic and welcoming. I have never experience my order being messed up and although they always have a long line; there expeditious service makes things go by so smoothly. Man and cheese, waffle fries and crispy tenders are the best. I also can appreciate and respect them being closed on Sunday to give their staff a rest and to have the opportunity to embrace resting.
I wish I could attach photos. I love the workers here, but I am so disappointed. I only ordered two things, and they messed up on both. And it wasn't even busy! There were 3 other cars in line. I ordered a 12 ct of chicken nuggets and a bowl of soup. First I get handed the nuggets, no soup, so I pull back around. Then I find out that I only got handed 8 nuggets. I pull back around again. At this point my baby is crying. I just got home and my soup is barely half full. Are you kidding me? It's going to be a long time before I come back again. Just ridiculous.Edit: I called and Bobby from the restaurant helped me out. Very nice.
Every single time I come to this chickfila, they give me a half empty box of fries. I don't know why I keep coming, but for $9 a meal (drink, sandwich, fries), I'd like the fries to be more than half full. I posted a pic of today's amount, straight out of the bag.
I think that their service has gone down hill. I think they rely too much on teen help. Being a parent of a teen employee. They seem to treat reliable, dependable, hard working staff with no respect. They also tend to abuse them. Make them work late hours. I am extremely disgusted with the company and sad that they preach Christian values, yet it is not what they practice. Male managers try to bully and intimidate female teen employees. If you try to negotiate when asked to cover a shift, they scold their employs and belittle them. Christian….
There's usually a wait at the time me and my family go, but there were so many people out there working to meet the demands of all there customers. It only took us 5 minutes and it was totally worth it. The service was amazing. You and your family should go right now as long as its not a Sunday.
Messed up our salad. Wrong dressing. No condiments. We asked 3 times to make sure and she said yes. We did a quick look through our bags and everything was there. Not knowing that there was no sauces. And to find out when we got home...they gave us the wrong soup. Chicken noodles instead of chicken tortilla soup. Im not one 2 do this but it's happening to much. Please address this so next time me and my family are able to enjoy our food that we work so hard for.Thanks for listening!
Be prepared to wait if you go during lunch or dinner rush. They've redesigned their drive thru but it still takes a long time. I'd recommend ordering ahead on the app and picking it up in the restaurant.
