Was staying at the hotel where this restaurant is located in the lobby. I decided to order food from this place. I ordered the food, and received an email confirmation saying to pick up my food in 30 minutes. When I showed up at the restaurant in the lobby they had no record of my order. I showed them my confirmation and they still questioned if that was where I ordered the food from. I politely informed them that I ordered by scanning their in-room digital menu. After about ten minutes my order was found, already cooked and ready. When I had asked for utensils to eat my salad with, they simply told me that they don’t have utensils for to-go orders. What restaurant doesn’t offer utensils for to-go orders?? I had to ask the front desk at the hotel for utensils to eat my food with. Also, I wanted to order something to drink with my food, and was told they don’t do to-go drinks. Just beware of all these issues if you want to chance eating here. The food did taste good, that’s the reason for a second star in the review.
Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else...while staying at the Embassy suites I gave it a fair try. Once, I ordered for in room dining, and I ate in once. The menu items itself were fine, but the execution was terrible...$70 the first night, and I literally ate 4 bites maybe?....not much better eating in. Server was smart enough to not even ask me how my meal was...seeing half of it left on the plate gave her the answer....and who features shakes on their menu, but has no ice cream for 3 days straight??
I ate here because it was attached to the hotel I am staying in while my wife has surgery. Yesterday, I waited over an hour after I was done eating before I finally saw my waitress again to get my check. I had seen her once after my food was delivered and not again until i was able to flag her down so I could pay and leave. The poor guy next to me waited that long just to be able to order food. Tonight, I was giving them a second chance and they failed. I ordered the brisket dinner. I was served a plate of fat and unseasoned fries. I wasn't even about to test my luck with the coleslaw. I will never eat here again. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. I would suggest going to any place that isn't Burger Shed.

You would think with Burger in the name it would be good. Nope, not at all. Extremely disappointed with the food as it was flavorless and the fries were very lacking in flavor and were really soggy. I picked the burger apart to see if I could find flavor and it just wasn’t there. I just don’t understand the bacon jam. Use Bacon not some jam. I usually give new restaurants a second chance but not this one. Mediocre food BUT excellent service.
Great food and drink options. Service was a little slow but I think it's par for most places you go anymore.
Great little add on to the hotel. This hideaway restaurant doesn't lack in design or taste. Ordered the shake with alcohol in it and it hit the spot. I'll have to come back to try more than just appetizers. Great place to stop in to watch the game or if you're staying at the hotel to stop in and have a drink. Great atmosphere and right off the highway.
The place is loud. We had trouble talking, hearing the waitress, everything. If you are going to go through the trouble of installing a ceiling, make it sound dampening.. The food was ok, so was the service, when we could hear her. It might have been better outside, but the food wasn't good enough to draw me back to find out.
The good!- Shed Burger was fantastic, not a SINGLE complaint there! Fries were ok, the pretzel fondue was also amazing. Great quality. Loved the meal in general.The bad!-Service was hit and miss. Friendly staff, but got appetizer after the meal, and drinks & food were slow, but it was busy ish. Prices were a little steep, 2 cocktails per person, 1 app and 2 burgers with tip was over $100. Don't think the expirence was up to par with a $100 meal.Overall a good time. Will definitely go back and give it another try some time. Unfortunately the cost will make this restruant one I seldom concider visiting due to being able to get the same meal at a better rate, and better establishment.
I really enjoyed the farmhouse burger and Mac and cheese. I also tried my friends chicken avacado sandwich and it was incredible. I highly recommend the Mac n cheese. (I put some on my burger)
