Very fast service, incredible bar staff, and the wings are always properly cooked and coated with sauce. We had BLazing CAROLINA REAPER and cauliflower wings with Asian zing sauce.everything is fantastic
Some of the stuff is friendly and talk to you when others don't. I only go in there when she is working.
The server (John) was very nice and attentive to our needs. The Everything Pretzel Knots with the cheese dipping and the wings were delicious! My wife got boneless wings with the Garlic Parmesan and Sweet Barbecue flavors, and I got the limited time Flaming Hot Doritos and Teriyaki flavors. We also tried the limited time Mountain Dew Legend (that you can only get at B-Dubs), it was amazing, best flavored Mountain Dew I’ve ever had! I would 10/10 recommend going here and trying different flavors of their wings!
We showed up very late after our first choice for dinner was having short-staffing issues and nearly everywhere else was closed. But our server was as friendly as if it was the beginning of his night and worked hard to take great care of us, even correcting a kitchen error despite me not complaining about the mistake - he just noticed it himself and made it right. Our food was great and everyone was happy despite how late we were having it, and making three teenagers happy with late dinner is no easy feat. Thanks and I hope to be back soon.
This time sucked. My son had his meal delivered 15 minutes before mine. They put a tiny amount of buffalo sauce on my sandwich. Never got a refill & the GM was standing around trying to look important instead of helping his staff. This place has gone so downhill.
Went with my sister her daughter and family… We all ordered the food come out at all different times the girls food 1st which was Ok it was just Queso and chips then my sisters like 5 mins later and so on mine was almost 10 mins after my sisters but that was not even the worst part. The baby or well 20 months old and was just a boneless wing was last even after the table next to us got there after us and they all got there food before before the baby of the table ?
Buffalo Wild Wings is my go-to place for wings and this location is my go-to location. We always go there to watch the UFC fights that are on. I'd say that 9 out of 10 times I come here the experience is great. Sometimes they get your order wrong and last time I went there was barely any sauce on my wings but other than that the experience is great. Always nice staff and an exciting atmosphere.
Upper management needs to evaluate this location ASAP. Bathrooms are horrible and look like they haven't had a deep clean lately. When you order a appetizer that normally comes out before any other food. Kids meals should be next in line after that. Our sons food was the last thing to come out. Kitchen staff didn't pay attention to what wing flavors we wanted. The waiter just didn't really care to be here to help us. -10/10 will not return and tell other to avoid

It's not like your expectations should be sky high going to any Bdubs, but this is the worst one I've ever been to. Alexis at the bar took 15 minutes to even look my way, even though it was a Monday night at 8:30 when I walked in (no, MNF wasn't on). There was maybe 4 other people at the bar. It took another 5 to come take my drink order, and 15 more to as if I wanted food. When my wings finally came, they were cold, rubbery and barely warm. I waited another 30 minutes to try and get another drink, but never could.
