Came in to an empty restaurant. Only knew to sit down anywhere by the sign posted. Waited to be acknowledged for over 10 min. After we decided on what we wanted, had to figure out how to get the menu, my husband approached the counter. The women were visibly irritated that he came up. When he tried to order they shooed him away and said they would come to our table. Food was ok. I would not recommend this place. We weren't familiar with the area otherwise we would have left.

This opinion is based on the service. The ambiance of the restaurant was beautiful. The aroma of the cooking Chinese food was tantalizing.WHY I LEFT: I didn't even stay for the food. This restaurant wanted us to order with our smartphone. First, I don't always bring my cellphone with me. I prefer to spend time with my friends and we don't play on our phones when we hang out. Second, the waitress gave us an "old menu" and told us the prices were off. They had paper take out menus, that would have sufficed. She came to our table to check on us and then informed us that because we didn't have a smartphone, we'd have to walk to the register and order. That's when we walked out. Maybe I'm unreasonable, but at a sit down restaurant, I thought the waitress could have written down the order.

I will never eat at this restaurant again. The service was horrible. We wanted to eat at a table so we could chat. There were no napkins, no soy and not once did anyone ask us if the meal was OK , did we need anything else etc. I am not sure how they stay in business. Just terrible service. I felt offended by their attitude

Very clean, very good food. The customer service is very good and they are usually quick and the food presentation is excellent. Only thing is I found it a bit pricey , but overall not too bad.

Disappointed that no servers. The food wasn't as good as last time we ate there. Some items were better than others ordered.

The food is great. The service is great and the atmosphere is upscale yet relaxing. A repeat visitation!!!

This is my go-to Asian place for lunch. The lunch special is filling and the best tasting Asian food I can find in our city. Everything tastes super: my favorites are the lemon shrimp and anything with tofu in it. The crab rangoons have a delicate wrapping and the sweet sauce they come with is a perfect compliment. Right now you can eat inside and there is always a place to sit. I know they do a tremendous take-out business right now. The owners are super nice and pleasant.

If you are expecting a traditional sit down restaurant, don’t. The server tells you to pick a table and you use the QR code to scan your menu, order your food, and pay. I tipped during the order, but in retrospect I wouldn’t have because of the quality of food and limited service. You have to walk to a self service station to get your water and any refills. The cashew chicken was very bland and the spicy Hunan chicken was more salty than spicy. The lunch price was very reasonable but I would have paid a little more for better food and a better experience. I will continue to try and support local and because of that I didn’t rate this place a 2. I know Covid has thrown everyone for a loop but hopefully they will make some changes to their process and food to make it more if a positive sit down experience.

Great neighborhood Chinese restaurant. Food is great and always consistent. Staff is very cordial and always quite accommodating. They also still have lunch specials, whereas I've noticed some local Chinese restaurants have gotten rid of theirs. This makes Asain Pearl also very affordable.

Small but overall nice interior. It was not crowded when I went there on a Sunday for lunch. Food was satisfactory but not great. It's not that I disliked it but there was nothing special about the food. I might or might not go back at some point, which pretty well sums up my thoughts on this restaurant.
