We ordered take out which was very efficient, pull up and text and they bring out your order. The barbecued ribs were great with mashed potatoes and roasted veggies - very tasty. Definitely recommend it!
I'll start with the worst: hard to accommodate large groups. All round tables...so, even putting tables together was awkward.Everything else was pretty fantastic. Ordered the Chicken Fried Chicken off the lunch menu. Come hungry, because portions did not come small. For $10 probably one the better values on my entire trip. Waitstaff was attentive and helped each other. Kitchen was pretty fast for our group of nine. Everyone had great things to say about their choices.
Ordered some appetizers, fried pickles and tater keggs. They barely gave me any fried pickles indicated by the picture and the cheese sauce that came with the tater kegs looked like orange water. It was cold to the touch and runny. I called in to ask for a refund and they gave me a free appetizer voucher instead. ONE FREE APPETIZER. Used to love 54th street, but after this, never going back.
1st time; from a recommendation. Nice cozy. Seemed all clientele were enjoying the food and themselves. Nice bartender. Helped with recommendations and questions. Had the baby back ribs: delicious, fall-off-the-bone tender. Only thing I would have like is some choices in some local craft beer.
Service was terrible. My husband received the wrong drink twice and the wrong food order. My chicken sandwich was served dry and my baked potato was cold. I won’t be returning back to this location.
First time visit. Our server was excellent and made sure our needs were taken care of. My wife had a philly hamburger that she enjoyed very much. I had the chicken avocado with beacon and cheese with a side of grilled vegetables that was excellent. Very nice place to enjoy a nice evening with friends. My wife's margarita was excellent and my cab was excellent as well. Fun time.
Great place. We visited on a business trip and showed up around 6:15. Got seats at the bar. Very friendly and attentive bartender. Great food and good cold beer. Prices were fair. We will be back next trip. Thanks for the great service.
We ordered the 2/$34. Our server, Cody S, had zero idea what the Brussels Sprouts were dressed in. He made zero effort to find out. Then we were told that there was only the “house cake” for the dessert course, not the cheesecake. My daughter is allergic to cake. We asked if we could switch the “house cake” for a different cheesecake. Cody S said there was nothing else available since we ordered the 2/$34, nor did he make any effort to make me happy. As far as taste - other than the Brussels Sprouts (not at all a fan) - the food was good. The temperature was not good. Two of our meals were cool on the top… like they’d been sitting in a window for awhile. Cody S was polite, but I would never ask for him as my server again.
Food and service has always been good. I enjoy coming here.
do not go to this disgusting restaurant. the management team is horrible and disrespectful. Chris the Manager is a pathetic excuse of a leader. I feel horrible for the serving staff. Fix your leadership 54th street.
