Drove 45 min to get a 10 piece lemon pepper combo. Drove 45 min back home. Open up my order only have 5 wings with no seasoning.
Walked in just now one girl was on her phone, and the ither guys were talking the door clearly makes a sound when its opened and not one person came to help untim someone else came in. I already dont come in here this just reminds me why.
Good place for wings, has gone a little down in quality over the years. Would recommend the Cajun flavor!
I dined in but carry out is an option. Plenty of choices for heat or not. I will say, the hottest is hotter than their local competition in a good way. Staff was polite and patient since it was my first visit. Unused tables were clean and the place as a whole is clean and welcoming. I will be back again.
Extremely disappointed in this place. 2 consecutive times I placed an online order that was never delivered. The first time the staff did the right thing and took care of the problem. The 2nd time around, they acted like they've never heard of an incident like this and that there was nothing they could do. I almost put in a good word for them after the first time but they just showed their true colors. No one wants to be accountable anymore and just passes the buck. Great way to lose a customer.

Their garlic Parm wings are better than bww's! Now they also offer chicken thighs. Love this place!!!
Service was horrible. They saw me and acted like I didnt exist. Then, the girl who came up looked like she didn't want to wait on me. She looked so sloppy. Dirty clothes, completely gross covered in stuff with her pants falling down. Should clean herself up if she's going to be working the front. I ordered online, my order was just sitting there. It wasn't hard. While I'm being given my receipt to sign, she acts like I'm not even there and takes the order of her friend behind me. He gets so close to me, practically pushing me out of the way ordering.I ordered over 30 wings, fries, veggies. The wings were barely cooked. Almost no sauce, it was hard to eat. We only ate a few and ended up putting it in the fridge. Heated in oven next day and they were better. Not worth the money. Wouldn't revisit.
30 minutes for 8 wings only 1 other customer waiting I've never seen believe so slow in my life. Pathetic I'll never come here again
