You will be tempted to stop because who doesnt love tacos, but don't do it! Absolute worst experience I've ever had at any fast food restaurant, and it's not the first time. I was given attitude for asking a question about taco pizzas, then told to leave if I wanted to ask questions and yelled at through the drive thru speaker by multiple employees. I had my young kids in the car too. I'm not sure how this place is still open, about 80% of the time I've tried to go there their card machine is "broken", I've been berated and told to leave. What a joke.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. The manager who works the morning shift is nothing short of rude and disrespectful. She told me I was rude for adding a an item at the window and had the audacity to call me a "***hole" when handing me my food. She has no regard for customer service and I would rather eat my own feet than ever give this place another dime.

I go to school by Dillons. So I am close to Taco Bell sonic and Dillons food. Occasionally I make short little trip there if I have time to wait in line. Today the drier at the car wash was on and I repeated my order 5 times. I even said it spaced out so they could hear all the syllables. Then I explained I want a quesarito and said it’s like quesadilla and burrito mixed into one word. All they said back is that they’re sorry I didn’t say it any other way to make them understand what I wanted. Every time I go here there is something messed up. Lobby’s hasn’t been open for years they open late and close early. There is no point in them staying open.

As long as YOU check that you received everything and are willing to wait up to 25 mins in the drive thru, then tastes good. I've had something left out 4/5 times

Literally one of the WORST interactions I’ve ever had. The employee at the drive through immediately had an attitude, when we told her we were picking up a door dash, because the loony was closed we had to do drive through, she did not respond so we pulled forward. Then after 20 minutes of waiting in the line to get to the window, she again had the nastiest attitude because we apparently did not check in with her? She told us the food was ready but still forced us to go back to the back of the line. We are still currently in line. Our door dash was supposed to be delivered over 40 minutes ago but we are stuck in line. I completely understand there is a protocol to follow but there is absolutely no reason for the tone and complete lack of customer service. Put someone else on window if she is going to speak to customers this way.

Odds are, when you drive by this place you will see a line of cars stretching to the highway. You ALWAYS see a line of cars stretching to the highway. Know why? Because they are the SLOWEST Taco Bell you will likely ever encounterOnly two cars in the drive thru? Congrats, that’s a rarity…expect to still be in line for at least 15 minutesThey are also extremely unprofessional on top of being slow. One older guy in particular, just stares, glares, and never says a single word…and that’s the guy they have working the drive thru window!They also don’t open until 10, (and only serve breakfast from 10-11), and close at 8. That is unless they just don’t feel like opening then, or decide to close even earlier, arbitrarilyAwful, awful place. Probably the worst Taco Bell you will experience. And if you find a worse one? Well, you have my sympathy

So I ordered doordash at 7:17 and door dash CONFIRMED my order at 7:19 (I have screenshots). My door dasher got there and had to wait 20 minutes just to be told they didn't haven it ready and to loop around. She called me almost crying her eyes out because a girl names Sarah came out after having her wait for over way over 20 minutes by now to have an attitude saying are closed and won't be giving her an order. We then called upset because now its past 8 and we didn't even recievee a cancelation yet so we called say we accept it if they weren't going to do anything for 40 minutes. Sarah just wanted to say that we should have ordered sooner and everything. If 40 minutes isnt enough then she needs a reality check and no reason to be rude to a innocent Doordasher trying to do their job. I will be calling in the morning when they are opening.

First time in along time since I went to Taco Bell, quick service, nice people & a serious reach out in the drive thru.

I went to this location at 11 am, right when they opened. the drive thru employee said he was the only person there. he asked me to order through the app. I pulled over and downloaded the app. then I signed up and placed my order. that took 9 minutes. one other car went through the drive thru. the employee told me that they only do 1 order at a time so i waited another 5 minutes in the drive thru line. I gave the employee my name and told him i had already ordered. then i waited another 5 minutes for my order to get made.most of my food was ok but my steak chalupa was chewy and cold. I don't mean it wasn't hot. it was cold as in refrigerated. this place served me leftovers. It took almost 20 minutes to get my food even though I was the first person there. the location across town smokes this place.

I never leave reviews but what sorry excuse of a taco bell closes at 8 pm? taco bell is a staple of late night college food and they can't even make it to 11? do better
