Was refused refill. Told they do not refill ice tea. Weird because every other Starbucks gives discount on refills.
I have went to every Starbucks in Manhattan and this one goes in above and beyond in making the drinks! The barista’s there are super friendly and I enjoy having conversations with them when I go in definitely recommend best one in Manhattan

I have seen this location improve. It's in a terrible place so it can back up traffic but honestly for over the last two months, the line moves consistently. Every single person that works there is kind and cares. They always try to make a connection and that's a plus considering the amount of money they spend. You can see their smiles through their masks. Above all, they have learned who I am. Sometimes they greet me at the order window by name! Everyone there deserves high praise.
Very cool and warm experience. Was inside studying and it was very relaxing experience pre covid style too.
This is one of the best Starbucks I have ever been to! Their staff in the drive-through are always very cheerful, helpful, and willing to suggest different menu items if they are out of something or if you just don't know what to get. Their quality is also very consistent with what I order, and service is normally very quick and snappy.Only bad thing is that this store is in a very inconvenient location, especially when they are busy in the morning. The line can get long enough that it creeps out onto the right lane of Bluemont Avenue; you have to watch yourself when driving around that area because some people will just stop in the middle of the road waiting to get in line.
Unfortunately my drink had quite a few espresso grounds in it, which was quite sad because the staff were so friendly! Still will drink it, but a little disappointed with the product. However, staff were some of the friendliest I've see recently!
I ordered my drink incorrectly and they still replaced it for me free of charge. Everyone there is super personable and the manager was so nice and helpful.
Victoria is VERY hostile and confrontational.Horrible attitude and a little bit on the unstable side. She argues with customers over a drink that literally takes less than 10 seconds to fix. Also this Starbucks is never consistent with their drinks.
