Rude. They were yelling at a little old man about what he wanted bec they couldn't hear him so they argued with him for awhile and then would cut of the intercom then he would have to push the red button again and try again but they kept doing it. All you had to do sonic was send someone out to help him he's elderly don't yell at him and get rude. Help him. And my chicken sandwich was a small shriveled chicken patty can't belive I paid 8 bucks for it..Won't happen again.

I’m only going to give it a two star bc I had the bacon cheeseburger and it was good as waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting just for them to take our order took 45 minutes BUT we had two orders so we had to PUSH the button AGAINy and reorder and wait another 45 minutes FORGET it we took the order and went to Taco Bell took 10 min

The customer service is horrible and rube. I canceled my order. When I asked for the information for the owner. I was given the run around by the manager and assistant manager.I ended up demanding the number after they left me to sit at the drive thru window for 15min.If there was negative stars the would get that.

My favorite tater tots is in Sonic. So much good deals today. Got our few orders in thier happy hours ordering them in the app.

I go to this sonic quite often and have never really had any issues. This isn't too big of a deal but thought it should be addressed. I came through the line tonight right around 7pm and ordered a pretzel, a large cheese tot and a small popcorn chicken. All was great, except the popcorn chicken. It was half full, and literally only crumbs. I got one ACTUAL piece of chicken. I was extremely disappointed paying $4 for crumbs. I have photos but it doesn't give me the option to post photos.

This place is always busy. I totally understand being busy and falling behind, I work fast food. But when I went and ordered a medium drink and small side, and waited 15 minutes, I was pretty upset. Again, I understand being busy but I was out of time on my lunch break so I pressed the button again and asked if they could cancel & refund me since I needed to leave and it was taking too long. Not mad at them, just needed to get going and I was very polite. The person helping me did not understand what I was asking & just said “We can cancel it” I asked about the refund but she had already turned off the mic. It was $6 but they still lack good customer service and obviously no one there has experience.

Lack of communication and comprehension. Manager and employees do not know how their own payment system works. Argued with me about the credit card systems ability to process more than one card. I've used multiple cards to process payment at the stalls for over a year. Not a gift card, debit cards. Multiple stalls with issues but none have signs attached informing customers of this information. Even after talking to a manager(Michelle) and getting the issue fixed, Otto(spelling) bombed it again with his lack of communication and comprehension! I ultimately canceled our order and went to the Sonic across town!Will never go back to the Sonic on Anderson!

I really don't like how Sonic clears your order off the screen up to 10 minutes or more before they bring your food out to you. The drink was great. The tator tots were overcooked and super salty. I couldnt eat the grilled chicken sandwich. The chicken was super dry like leather and hard. I didn't have time to stick around and complain as just waiting for my food took up most of my lunch break. I ended up throwing away my entire lunch.

Too busy to keep track of mobile orders. 1/2 price drinks are not worth the hassle of this place. Took me my entire 15 minute break to receive an order I paid for 10 minutes before I arrived and it was just an ice water and large ocean water. I wouldn't think that should take long... yes, here it takes a long time

Make sure to check your food before you leave. Had to replace burgers a couple times due to order not being right but overall they do a good job. Fast and friendly service and always ready to correct your order.
