So, I’ve been hearing a lot about this scooters in recent months, and I’m not to sure I will be going back there ever again, due to how the new store manager has been treating the employees. I’ve been coming to this scooters since 2019 and I’ve never seen such a sudden switch in the quality of the products and the staff. About 2 months ago was the last time I even had a good drink from there. I forget the baristas name the had been there for about a year I think, but she would talk to me everytime I would come through and make the stop perfect but then one day I come through and I was told she was fired. I just can’t figure out why they would hire someone like her then just up and fire her after all her work there.The new store manager has been very VERY rude every time I come up to the window he is stepping over everyone or just breathing on their shoulders and I think that is a tad weird for the work place.I apologize for the long review but I can’t take it anymore! Thank ya

Staff are super nice, always get my order correct, and love sharing most popular combinations, recommendations etc. (not the mention the coffee quality is 10 times better than starbs)
These girls were an absolute delete, they are in fact, fun and and always upbeat and helpful, very kind and courteous.
Freshly made and the coffee didn't have that burnt taste like some other coffee places

So this is a place where my husband goes to get his coffee on a regular basis but when I went to get him a coffee there were 2 lovely ladies there named Bethany and Ashley that were extremely helpful because as I did not know my husband's order, these 2 ladies did! On top of that they were really helpful, very kind & extremely patient. Mind you ALL OF THIS is happening with smiles on their faces & only POSITIVE ENERGY!! Total JOY to be around. Not to mention that these two ladies know their customer!!! I highly recommend this cute little coffee stop bc if you ever are helped by Bethany or Ashley, KNOW THAT "YOU" ARE IN GOOD HANDS!!THANK YOU AGAIN LADIES FOR ALWAYS BEING KIND AND HELPING ME OUT, like today!
Usually great. However, but this evening I tried to use my app for points and the employee ignored my request. She just kept saying have a nice day, and shooed me along... I don't get why I couldn't scan my points?
