Shut this restaurant down. I'd rather have no popeyes than bad popeyes. The lights don't work at the place. The speaker box doesn't work. They close early all the time. I had my doordash driver text me at 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon to tell me they were closed. Just the worst.
I went to this store for the first time. I thought I could enter the store, but the entrance was closed. The interior was very dimly lit and a little eerie (in my opinion). (The sign didn't even tell me to order through the drive-thru, it just said urgently that they were looking for a manager for the store.I got back in my car and went to the drive-thru line. To my surprise, the speaker for ordering through the drive-thru was damaged and I could not even order through the drive-thru. The sign said that the speaker was broken and that I should order at the pickup counter. I left the store without buying anything because I couldn't eat or drink in the store and I didn't feel like buying food in this store where there was no sign of fixing the speakers.
Poorly run Popeyes but unfortunately one of the few for over 10 to 50 miles in any direction. Out of stock most days, handicapped machines and inconsistent hours. Hours listed online not consistent with hours in store EVER. All this place need is another popeyes nearby and I will pop my head over there instead.
I was at the drive-thru and they only had chicken sandwiches and Mac and cheese for sides. They were all out of everything else because their delivery hadn't arrived yet. The bun was hard and not tasty. I just pulled the chicken out and ate it separately.
For a fast-food restaurant that hasn't opened their dine in area I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the food came out from the drive thru. The young lady who worked the window, Neshawn I believe, took care of everything from start to finish. The food was fresh and delicious, 3 PC combo, and we were out of there quickly. If you're hungry and pressed for time stop by Popeyes. You won't be disappointed!
Menu items not ready at the beginning of the dinner rush, have to wait for rhem to cook the chicken. Staff is very curt with you. This is an ongoing problem with this restaurant. I jave been to other kitchens and have had no problems, even around Christmas when everyone is having parties. Will not come back to this place again, I like Popeyes better than KFC but will go their from now on.
Quality has been on a steady decline. Went here for dinner (6 p.m.), they were OUT of chicken. This most recent visit, (5:45 p m.), Cold French fries, old biscuit, at least the chicken was good. Should have taken it as a warning when the lobby was empty. This place was excellent at one time, must be poor management.
3/30/22 Service was good. However, the fish sandwiches (4) were not very good. Hard as a board, overcooked. We'll be sticking to the great chicken sandwiches in the future.
What a joke!!!! Stood here for a half hour. Not worth the wait, trust me. It was not delicious. Oh and this is the second time they got my order wrong but because I drove from another town, I couldn't have it fixed.
I used to live in Manhattan so go back to visit from time to time. Have tried to eat at this location 2 times but have never eaten there. Both times their computers were down so they couldn't take order. The most recent time, just a couple weeks ago was more annoying than normal. We were at the gas station next door and decided we would just grab a sandwich on our way out BUT I noticed no cars in lot and cars moving through driveway awfully quick...especially for a Popeyes! So I called and a commonly rude lady answered and said that they were in fact open. So we drove over and were told at drive through no orders. I asked why I was literally just told on the phone they were open. Answer was "well we are open, we just can't take orders right now". Don't you think that information would have been valuable on the call? Not trying again. Much better places to eat in town.
