Though they have a tendency to run out of certain items, they keep up in busy times. You can also request pizzas for free that they deliver slices to your table, and their fried chicken and non-pizza options are always good.
Food tasted good, when there actually was some. They couldn’t keep up with the food being brought out. There were also flies everywhere and picked up several dirty plates that were meant to be clean.
My dad would take us here as a reward for summer reading programs. A really fun place.The wonderful ice cream and Sprite combo was first discovered here.Also, their Christian song album is still one of my faves to this day! Thanks, PR.
I was given service that was way below average. There was food on the salad bar that was empty for at least 20 minutes. I had to wait 15 minutes to be assisted, charged and seated when there were less the half of the store full of customers. I overheard staffing in the back yelling but I couldn't make out what they were saying. When I went to the chicken bar, I specifically only eat drumsticks and there were none. I've asked multiple employees when would the next batch be placed out. I was told 10-15 minutes. It took a whole 45 minutes for them to serve drumsticks, which is ridiculous. I asked what was the hold up and their response was, “we were back up on orders.” The drive thru has an alarm. I sat there for 1 hr and 1/2 and only one car has passed through the drive thru for an order. Tammy was the employee that responded to my complaints who looked like she was on a drug of some sort. She had an unpleasant look on her face and when I approached her about the services, she gave me an uncanny look. Then, gave me a sham response stating “Oh god... well... I don’t.... Unfortunately, we are a bit back up in the kitchen. So, if you could hang in there, we would really appreciate it. This is unacceptable ???
Pizza Ranch can have some of the best pizza, this location is good but not as good as some other locations where the chicken is juicer. But still great place to go for buffet, Chicken, salad and pizza. The place was clean and they kept fresh pizza and chicken on the buffet.
Love this place!! Wish we had one closer to where we live, but we will travel for their food. Grandkids always eat good, & love they get ice cream for dessert!
Great pizzas, great salads, excellent roast chicken, and scrumptious dessert pizza. Their service is always polite and courteous and they do an excellent job of keeping their food stocked and tables cleared for you. One of the only pizza buffets left in Manhattan. A quality establishment with quality food for a decent price!

Family friendly. Loved how much they glorified God. Cheap. And great selection... when I went with my son I was on a diet so didn't eat and they said he was free since he was 2 so I went in and didn't have to pay anything. Just wish I brought cash for a good tip. (Will next time I go)
The pizza was delicious and I loved that it had more then just pizza. Prices where reasonable and the salad bar left nothing to be desired. We will definitely be back.
