The last 4 times we have went to candlewood pizza the pizza and bread sticks have bee cold soggy under cooked this is not acceptable

More than half of both of my pizzas had no toppings because of huge crust bubbles. They didn't even attempt to spread the toppings back out, just left entire slices without any toppings at all and sent the pizza out the door with me. This isn't the first time but it's gonna be the last.
Our family orders pizza from here often and we've never had a bad experience. Always speedy, friendly, and as tasty as any other Pizza Hut.
We order from this location regularly, and find the food product to be very good. However last evening our hand-tossed pizza crust was dry, tough, and tasteless.
The pizza tasted fine, except I was sad that you guys no longer offered crust flavoring, and it seems like I only got a handful of fries instead of a reasonable $3 portion.
I understand that the delivery drivers were very busy, but the pizza I received tasted like it had sat out for a long time. The green peppers we're dried out, and the cheese was hard. It gave me digestive issues shortly after consuming.
It was delivered quickly. Customer service fantastic. And it tasted better than it has in a long time
