Pizza was fresh and delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful
This is the first time I had been to this pizza hut because we just moved here. I was impressed with their service and the taste of our food.I ordered through the Pizza hut app for the first time. Our food was ready in 15 minutes. The app did a count down and let me know it was ready. I pulled into the drive through and picked up our food. The cashier was very nice and polite. Sorry I don't remember her name.Our food was hot and cooked perfectly.We will go back again.
Pizza Hut Manhattan, KS was a Great Experience. Great Customer Service, Fresh Hot Good and Cold Beverages. The value and Price were Great Too!
Call me old fashioned but I expect my thin and crispy crust to be crispy and not doughy. I also expect marinara in the box when I order cheesy bread sticks. Carry out waitress was pleasant. Food was hot.
I visited their store inside. I had been brought in by the TV ads on March Madness. I had looked at the promotions online and had decided that the $10 Tastemaker pizza and $12.99 stuffed crust looked good. When I ordered I was told that they "just took the Tastemaker promo off their menu". I showed them on my phone that it is currently listed on their website. They stuck to the "took it off their menu". I ordered just the stuffed crust pizza. It was just what I expected from Pizza Hut, good comfort food. The waitress was very good. But the review reflects that they would not honor the promotion that is still offered on their website 24 hours later. It brought me in and yet they would not honor it.
Nice place to order a pizza from. Shame they cut back on the normal amount of sauce, now I have to order extra to get that normal way I liked it. Also three blend cheese has left the building for good. I did not know that, did not read about in one of those many emails or notices I get. Shame things change that were great, but they do.
*Insanely* slow service. Took an hour just to order, let alone how long it took to get the food. Only one small table other than us, not busy at all. Cold building too, shivered the whole meal. Bad service, bad environment. Plus Pizza Hut as a brand is expensive already. Won't return, I recommend Pizza Ranch.Edit: I should mention we were a small group as well. We got two pizzas, not much and it still took ages to get the food and even to order.
My "home" PIzza Hut takes great care of their customers! I ordered my lunch at the wrong store, in error. They were able to contact the other store about the error, and make my lunch in record time. They did a great job!!
The pizza was different than pizzas in the past. It tasted funny. It was WAY more greasy than it usually is as well.
The brisket on my BBQ pizza was scorched and tasted bitter. It was supposed to be on hand tossed crust and it was thin and crispy. And why do I have to pay for cheese and pepper flakes? If I dine in I pay the same price for my pizza and the cheese and peppers are on the table. Not sure I will be back.
