Went in & ordered an iced white chocolate mocha. While at work, I noticed something in my straw. Doesn’t look like coffee grounds or a coffee filter…..it literally looks like small clumps of hair/lint. Absolutely disgusting. Called the store & spoke with manager, Brittany, who didn’t care & told me that “things happen” & that she’d comp me a drink for my next visit. I had made it clear that I wasn’t interested in a free drink, only that they clean their machines regularly to avoid whatever the hell was in my drink…
I meet with my dad for our weekly catch-up here. It's our favorite place to do so. The coffee is excellent, definitely try a pour over if you can. The baristas are always courteous and quick and make sure you get exactly what you want. Will always recommend to anyone looking for a good coffee spot.
Trendy atmosphere with nice decor. The baristas are quick and pleasant and make killer Lattes. The breakfast sandwiches are absolutely delicious! Going to try the lunch sandwiches next. This one is located next to a bank as well.
I love this little coffee shop!! The staff is always amazing and the coffee is always great. It can get busy so ensure you have a minute to wait, but it is worth it. I like their coffee due to the fact that it isn't a lot of syrup and sugar. You can actually taste the coffee! The black and white coffee is one of the best! We will be back for sure! Thanks!
We love this local coffee shop. They have high-quality coffee and great flavors, with a nice selection of seasonal flavors. They also roast their own beans and have several whole bean varieties available in-store to purchase. We are always pleased with whatever we buy here.
Sometimes customer service loses its logic. There were four girls under the age of 15 in when I went in and they took 7 minutes to just decide if they did want something after tasting and drinking and the line behind them got longer and longer. The people working should have asked them to step to the side until they figured out what they wanted to do. One of them didn't even know what coffee was or had tasted it before
Now this is some fantastic coffee, was here from louisiana visiting family and the coffee here made our trip even better! Great coffee and an even better staff!!
My wife and I go to Paramour most Sundays and everyone there is so sweet! I forgot to ask for Oat Milk and when I last minute asked for it, the barista kindly stated, “oh yeah I figured!” and it just made me smile to be remembered. Great coffee, food, and staff!
Recently had not been great, husband gave it 3 tries after a batista left and had been disappointed since, tried the other location and it was not a disappoint. The coffee at this manhattan location needs better work to taste like it use to
