Came through the drive thru and paid for my food. Told the gentleman at the window I will be back because he said it will take 10 minutes for my food. Come back and they do not want to give me my food or money after I paid for it. The manager said I had to leave and I was harassing his employees. The young gentleman knew I paid for the food and his manger is refusing to give me my food or money back. The manager and the gentleman that is ugly. Had to call the police to get my money back. I will never come back to this place. They did not fixed the food. The manager was going to keep my money and food. Did not prepare the food intentionally. Shame on you two. Thank you Riley PD.

All tables were dirty. Bathroom was dirty. Some of food looked very dried out. Orange chicken rice bowls had very little chicken compared to past visits to Panda express.

My husband and I showed up to lunch today at 1130, ordered two plates with teriyaki chicken, broccoli beef, honey walnut shrimp, and orange chicken. They informed us the teriyaki chicken would be another 20 mins at least. Unfortunately, this not the first, second, or even third time this has happened. Panda has good food, but its ALWAYS a gamble if theyll have the options you want. We did notice several other options were not ready yet either, and for it being the start of lunch time, you'd assume all options would be available.Because we have given it multiple chances, I do not see us being back anytime soon.

Are you guys trying to make people sick? This is disgusting! It was slimey and even smelled putrid. How not one single person noticed this before it was handed over to a customer for consumption is beyond me.

The food was good but the best part was the employee named Damon. He greeted me with and smile and was super kind when giving me my food. He was so nice and made the experience amazing. I felt like I knew him. Absolutely wonderful experience.

8 people in the drive thru and it took 46 minutes of my hour lunch to get through. Then I get to my desk to see the fried rice was overcook and clumpy.Just open the lobby so we can get food faster.

Ordered dinner. Everything appeared and tasted like it was cooked the day before. Chicken was overdone and dry. Noodles were dry as if preheated in a microwave. Absolutely awful experience do not waste your money here. Better luck making your own for way less money. They lacked the full menu available. Took a bite of everything we ordered and went straight to the trash. Ramen was better tonight.

This is the SLOWEST place in all of Manhattan. The drive thru serves one car at a time. When you pull up to order, it takes several minutes before they even ask what you want, then you pull up and sit for several minutes before they take your payment and get you food. Meanwhile nobody else behind you is being helped. I’ve been here ten minutes and they’ve served two cars. Service can’t get much worse.
