The people who work here are doing a very fine job. Very engaged. Trying not to let anybody down even if you ask for extra ketchup and onions. Food was hot and fresh. Orders are certainly coming out as fast and well made as possible. Much appreciated.
Absolute joke. Waited in line since 10:15, there was only one car in front of me. Wasn't able to order until after 10:30 when the menu changed, wouldn't let me order breakfast even though I was present way before it changed. 10:45 now and I still haven't been able to get out of the line.
The food was really good, fries very hot and perfectly salted. The sandwiches we ordered were as well. Crisp lettuce on what we ordered. The in-store kiosk ordering process should be improved at this location. The kitchen prep staff who completes orders were not mindful of my father and I placing an order on the kiosk. We saw our order number on the In Progress side of the monitor, but then swapped over to the Now Serving side for about 3 or 4 seconds and then disappeared. The prep staff member was completing Delivery orders very quickly but doing nothing else. The drive thru staff were sending orders very fast. 10-15 minutes pass and we still have no order. I finally took our receipt from the kiosk and gave it to the order prep staff member and asked her if she could please check on that order. She looked at it, took it to the kitchen but never said anything to me about what happened. She started making our order finally, I am assuming someone dumped the order in the system, on accident probably and that's okay. Please improve the preparing and completion of orders sent from the kiosk to the kitchen.
Ordered one item, large sweet tea. Received large unsweetened tea, lady at the second window did not say a word to me and shut the window. Wasn’t even offered a receipt
The new design had potential but with the constant staff shortage it mainly just makes you feel forgotten in a renovated lobby. You have to stand in line to get a refill, I'm guessing to discourage refills. We weren't given napkins but I wasn't going to stand in line for those. The bathrooms don't have paper towels anymore either so our toddler just wore her food in her face out to the car where we have napkins. Very disappointed.
I went with my son to have a meal. My son is epileptic and ended up having a seizure there. The management and staff not only helped me bag the order to go, they helped me get my son out to the car and in the car. Also offered to give him a free meal the next time we go. Also the food was very good and fresh, even after all that. Definitely will recommend this McDonald's they go above their job. New management I feel took over and I really like them.
I had to ask for my receipt in the drive thru this morning and the window attendant scoffed and walked off and around the corner. Had no clue where he went. Similar experience with the McDonalds at the other locations in MHK
Service was slow so I went in to see if I could pick up my order since maybe they were too busy to send a runner. I promptly got a stern manager up my a** because it turned out they were remodeling inside. I was just trying to be helpful. Then, I waited another half hour. At least. Because I'm still waiting... If you're mad for working on Easter be mad at the owners and cooperate, not at the customers for showing up. I regret coming here immensely.Edit: I lost it when I saw the other review saying they make people wait on purpose. I quickly became the exact type of customer they were making me out to be when I had previously been nothing but cordial. They manifested it. I'll personally never come here again.
For the past few nights we get a pineapple ? mango smoothie which the guy only gives us enough to fill a medium but in a large, I don't complain at all but this is a repeated ordeal
I will never eat at this McDonald's again staff in the afternoons in late afternoons is very hateful I would be scared for what they are doing to my food I seen a dry eraser board that said if a customer has an attitude park them Like It's Hot so every time they Park you out front it's not because they don't have food ready it's because they thought you had an attitude so they are parking you like they are waiting for fresh food I wouldn't give them one star but you have too, leave a posting
