They gave me my food and told me to pull to the 2nd window for my coffee. I waited there for like 15 minutes and no one ever came to the window. I tried to go inside but the line was super long so I just left. My food was cold after all that wait and I never got my coffee.
They were fast but food was cold, lettuce was everywhere but the sandwich and the workers were a little rude.
Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes before someone told me I hadent paid for the order that already had time to post in my bank account, went inside and they started arguing over how they forgot to give the food out. Then at the 40 minute mark I got my food and they still messed the order up
Always messes up our order. and leaves something out but still charges us full amount. I'm disappointed in this McDonald because they used to be so much better. :(
Employees weren't very nice. Didn't smile not once. Isn't McDonald's suppose to live to see us smile? Or hell, I'm loving it atleast? They seem to hate it which didn't make my dining experience very pleasant! Ijs. Crack a smile
I usually went for breakfast early in the morning since I have to be at work by 5 and they were the only location open that early. The food was always hot and made well. Unfortunately they've decided that they cab no longer operate 24hrs so I will no longer be able to regularly stop by in the mornings.
When ordering the person was was hard to understand over the speaker! We were at the drive through and know that ordering can be stressful when you have a big order.
It's a McDonald's! It was clean, service was good and order was delivered pretty quickly. Not a fan of ordering through their kiosk but it wasn't in the "to hard to do" category.
Absolutely terrible. I live down the street from this location and was in between cars for a while so it became a frequent stop for a quick, easy meal but this location is anything but quick and easy. If you go inside you need to be prepared to wait for about 10 minutes (sometimes longer) for an employee to take your order. Almost every order I've made has at least one mistake and employees and management are almost always rude when I ask them to fix my order and on some occasions they've flat out refused to give me what I paid for. Now that I have a vehicle again I will never return to this location.
I went to the drive thru unplanned. It was a line out that was long but we got our food fast and everything we ordered was in the bag. Very quick service and the food was hot.
