I absolutely Love this restaurant and I go there a min of 3 times per week but- recently the Chicken Salad sandwich - which is supposed to be chicken salad on a croissant ISN'T being placed on a croissant.Granted, it looks somewhat similar to a croissant but they lack real layering and taste like regular but a bit crumbly sandwich bread with 3 layers (3 folds); (i.e., 2 layers of butter, one for the first fold and one for the second). And then two folds, fold one and fold two. Which gives you 3 (or maybe 4) total layers.I love Croissants. And a typical American croissant is 15 layers (and yours McAllisters 2 folds resulting in 4 layers of butter. And yours tastes cheap and awful. It isn't a croissant it is a cheap - really cheap - alternative to a croissant made to 'look like' a real croissant which you well know t isn't. Yet you advertise it as such.Like I said I go there 3 times a week. Because I had major cancer surgery in October 2021 that caused me to lose a section of my small intestine, and pieces of other organs. I have to watch what I eat and initially I went to McAllisters 5 days a week. So I know your business and I know the quality of at least the Croissants have really been cut.And why, you can't possibly be saving that much money and time shorting people on croissants. Heck just buy them at the market if you don't have time or can't make them yourself. :) Please.... And Thank you.

Found my new favorite spot to go dine with my kids since 95% of the time they want to eat Mac and Cheese. They have the perfect menu for kids and a price you can't find anywhere else.Food is wonderful, staff is friendly and great too.

I always get the orange cranberry club—I can’t help it! It’s my favorite! I do usually get a different side or pick 2 option each time though and everything is always delicious. The chocolate cheesecake is fantastic too!

I met some clients for a business lunch and everything was wonderful. Quick ordering, food came out fast, clean up was fast, and service was friendly. I had the jalapeño turkey crunch sandwich and mac and cheese; both amazing. A really good place to go for a business lunch, especially if you're shooting for an hour.

This place is soooooo delicious and filling I got the chicken tortilla soup with the southwest chipotle chicken sandwich and it was so filling and service was fast!Hubby got the McAlister’s club and broccoli cheese soup and he is still full almost 8 hours later!!!! Yummmmmm

Perfect for a good lunch; best place for a fresh, hot meal on a 0° day.

Placing our order was painful. The cashier was very inattentive, paying more attention to another employee behind the counter. I had to give my order twice, told her we would be using reward points twice. Food was good and came out very fast for them being busy. The other 2 employees we interacted with were friendly friendly.

I called in my order and I specifically asked for condiments. Extra crackers and napkins. My receipt was crumpled and taped to my bag which read extra crackers. In my bag was 2 overpriced small bowls of old soup and that's it.

Had a great meal with an old friend. We both had the Harvest Chicken Salad on croissant sandwich with potato salad and I loved it. Only improvement would have been if someone would have picked up our large plates after we finished eating so they weren't in our way while continuing to visit before the late KSU Bball game.

Having used McAlister's in other cities we were already familiar with the menu - good sandwiches and excellent soups. As it's been cool lately we've been concentrating on the soups - a very good value for a full bowl (and optional piece of bread if you choose). Delicious food and the staff really hustles in these COVID times to get you the food as soon as possible. Be aware that it's always busy at noon time and the parking is better on the west side (close to the shopping center) than right at the restaurant (very small and tight parking area).
