We ordered a bucket of chicken today to eat for supper at our home 40 mles away. My wife opened the bag and we had a bucket of chicken no cole slaw that we orderd for a side and no mac and cheese was the othrt side and the third side was corn. WE GOT NONE OF THEM. But we got mash potatoes which neither of us like. Our 12 piece was 2 wings, 3 drumsticks, 2 breast, and 5 thighs. I BELIEVE THERE IS SUPPOSE TO BE 3 OF EACH. Manhattan Ks KFC was definity off there game today. And there weren't even busy. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER
I ordered an eight-piece meal and was told I couldn't get extra crispy because it was going to be 20 minutes so that was fine.. however nobody told me I wouldn't get the right pieces in my chicken also I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw and I got home with macaroni and cheese.
I placed my order through Door dash or I would have returned every bit of it. I ordered a 8 pc. bucket of original all dark chicken. I received crispy. I ordered potatoes and gravy. I got potatoes and no gravy. I ask for plates, I received plates, but no plastic wear to eat with nor napkins. Terrible service, no attention payed to detail of orders. And no greasy over cooked chicken is not the best to eat..
Swung through the drive-thru tonight after work. The majority of the time the food is fresh and is great. I ordered the famous bowl and a side of coleslaw. Let me tell ya I’ve never been so disappointed at this location. I usually check my bags before I leave any drive-thru but this time I didn’t because everything here is usually great. Got home opened everything up, the chicken, corn and mashed potatoes taste like they have been setting there since 9am this morning. It’s almost 6pm right now. I think I could probably put these nuggets in a slingshot and hit a squirrel at at least 75 yards. The coleslaw is just awful, kinda taste like I got it out of the freezer and warmed it up from 1976 when grandma made it. AND, I was looking forward to a relaxing night eating the cookie that was supposed to come with the meal. But no, now I gotta go to Dairy Queen witch is a couple doors down and spend some money there to get my sweet treat. Come on KFC get your stuff together y’all’s slogan is freshly made to order. Well this is very disappointing tonight. I hope next time is a whole lot better.
Good chicken and quick, friendly service. The Mac and cheese didn't taste right though and no soap in the bathroom.
Went to order 12 piece bucket meal at about 8pm, was told I had to get a mix of crispy and original when I told the worker I only wanted original she told me I had to get all dark meat. Simple solution make more chicken instead of telling customers what they will order. While waiting my daughter went to use the restroom and almost slipped in pee. ?The worker that was working front counter also had a vape pen in her back pocket. It was not busy and filthy. Will not be going back. Ordered food from some where else.
Just left KFC, it was a great experience. Super fast, super polite, and the two women working in there that I just saw, NEED A RAISE.
This is the worst kfc I’ve ever been to!The manager and staff are rude!!They always get your order wrong and this last time they tried to give me slimy chicken ?There’s literally never anyone there I don’t know how they’re still open!
Really like the people that work here. They are very respectful and welcoming.
Terrible service. 1/2 our order was missing. Chicken was soggy. We’ve given them multiple chances and we are done. Never going to this location again.
