Really disappointing, we came in at 3:30 pm and ordered mini cookies, a witch and a brownie. They made the witch and left it in the counter where we could not get to it and went into the back. About 15 minutes later they came back had to throw it away because it melted. Then it took about 10 minutes for them to finally remake it and give it to us. We got the mini cookies at the same time but they forgot our brownie. 5 minutes later we got the brownie. There was no one in the store and every time they brought something out it was a different person.
I’m giving 5 stars because even with all the confusion with them being out of milk and forgetting to refund then I call and they refund it then later on I lost contact with the Uber driver because he completed the order then took my food since he couldn’t follow instructions on how to get to my house. Had I known they used Uber eats I wouldn’t have ordered I’ve never had a good experience with Uber eats. BUT in the midst of all this the insomnia cookies staff was so helpful and nice I really felt like my order and my experience mattered to them! Got fully refunded and everything worked out perfectly keep up the great work insomnia cookies!
I’m disappointed in this place. Cash is still a legal and viable source of currency. What are you going to do when I send my child grab some cookies with their friends and you guys are “cashless”? I will not go to this establishment ever again until it is accepting cash. Would it help that I’m vaccinated when I give you my cash? Jesus.
If you are in search of a homemade, warm, delicious and great size cookie, then Insomnia is your spot. We had a ladies day my self and 5 others. We were craving cookies after our dinner and shopping search. The size of the regular cookies are a little bigger than a standard cookie and the deluxe cookies are huge. You can share one of the deluxe size with a friend. The only reason I gave them a 3 and not a 5 is because they were out of almost every choice off cookie except chocolate chunk and white macadamia nut. They did not have any of the other choices available like snicker doodles, sugar, salted caramel and oatmeal raisin. I also felt since they do not accept cash which is fine; however the sign should be on the entry door not when you get to the register.Overall we had a wonderful time, many options we wish were available to choose from but the cookies we did get …WERE SO FRESH AND SO GOOD! We will definitely be back and refer them to others. “The name of the cookie spot is catchy and peaks your interest as well.”
Cookies were good but employees are so rude. The short female with dyed black hair is so incredibly nasty I would never, ever recommend anyone go there. I wouldn't even treat a mosquito how she treats people. Sicko
The cookie wich was good even though they only put half the frosting on it. The girl working the front counter was in some kind of mood, probably won’t go back solely based on the enployees rudeness
Usually I order from here and it goes fine. However, my most recent order was a trainwreck. First of all, our store wasn't carrying the peanut butter chip, which is a sin in itself. Secondly, I was sent a text from insomnia cookies stating I would receive my order within 20 to 30 minutes. But 50 minutes after that text, i got a text from Doordash saying the order would be another entire 45 minutes later!! The cookies came late. They weren't very warm, they weren't very big, and even though we ordered a 12 pack we only received 11 cookies. I feel cheated and sad. I usually love this place but won't be ordering again for a while, especially if they don't have the peanut butter.
The guys working there tonight were busting their butts all night to try and take care of a ton of customers coming in from aggieville. They made the visit pleasant and fun even though you could visibly see the stress they were under. I was very satisfied with my visit tonight!
I placed an order for cookies for my Daughter. Order was paid for and then she received a phone call saying they were running late. She went home and waited over 4 hours and still no cookies. I received a email stating I had been refunded the money for the order. I was thinking well they are refunding my order for being 4 hours late but will still be delivering the cookies. I called the store and was told by the very rude female. She had canceled all the orders they had received earlier because they could not deliver them but they were taking orders now. This made no sense to me. Why would you cancel the orders that people had placed in a timely manner and be filling orders for people calling in now? I ask the question why would you take the order if you could not fulfill it? I ask can you just deliver my order now and she responded you would have to order all over again. Then she said my manager Jacob will not turn off the order machine. I ask to talk to him and she gave me a phone number and hung up on me. I will never be using this place again just based on the customer service experience. They should at least call you and ask can I deliver the order late not just cancel and not do anything. If you are working here and do not like it then quit. Dont treat the customers with disrespect. Please use Eileenes cookies from here on out.
Got my order shipped from this store a week ago tracking never updated in fedex system after getting the “label has been printed” email then they finally show up on my porch with a bug in the box of cookies
