Our waiter, Anthony was very knowledgeable, and efficient. Our table of five enjoyed his attentive work. Was sociable too and thanked my Veteran husband for his service. We also received a military discount on our bill. Thank you!
The bigger lady is very very rude and her face screams I don't wanna be here, she doesent say hello or welcome or smile or anything at all! I said that I you 3 times and she didn't say anything back! Needs to be fired!! But the young man with curly bushy hair was very very awesome!!! He was very polite and nice and very welcoming! Tipped him a $10!
The service was not great. I got the impression that all of the waiting staff was new, and unfortunately it showed. The orders were messed up food-wise and nobody at my table got a refill on their drinks. I'm sure it was all due to a new staff taking over or something along those lines, so they got a ways to go. I'm sure it will get better with time
At first I was a little taken aback by the lack of syrup variety normally found at IHOP but the waitress was so incredibly patient with our table with two, unruly kids. She made sure we had everything to order and brought us extras. What a gem!
4 stars because it is an inconsistent chain. Today was good, other than not being greeted for 5 minutes. Today, food was hot and fresh. Server was kind, noticed a mess up before she brought the dish to the table and communicated it. Restaurant was clean.These are not things that always happen but I have noticed this Restaurant has been trying to be better as of late. Lastly, it's 50/50 if the team members care. People forget that guests are paying you and keeping you open, the least you can do for your guests is acknowledge and thank them.
We ate here yesterday and I have to give huge props to the staff here. When we came in we could tell it was busy but still got seated quickly. We overheard that they were short staffed that day. But with our service you would have never known ! The staff was exceptional at getting everything out in a timely manner and checking on us to see if we need anything. Even the cooks helped bring out plates to us! ( that’s awesome teamwork ) Such polite workers , great customer service skills , and truly hard workers over all. And the food was delicious. Great experience thank you.
Horrible food. Don't forget to ASK for your discount if you are a Senior. AGE 55+. THE MANAGER has issues understanding how to let people know, they are ENTITLED to a discount. And one waitress states she doesn't believe anyone under 65 should be eligible, so she doesn't offer it at all. However, if Military personel comes in, in uniform, they receive their discount automatically. ASK!!! Learn how to ask. The GM needs to be fired, also! Train your people properly!
My waitress was awesome. Didn't catch her name but she was a red head with a tattoo behind her ear. She was really busy but handled it well. Food came out quickly even for how busy they were.
Wort curbside pickup ever. Checked in online. Got a message that "we see you here and someone will bring your order out shortly" nothing indictating I also had to call. Waited 20 minutes. Went inside. No one at register or host stand, waited another 5 minutes. Finally someone came over, asked my name, and handed me a bag that had been sitting on the back counter since before I had come in. I asked why no one brought it out. He asked if I called and I said I had checked in online. He said "you have to call" and walked away as I was starting to ask another question.To top off the experience, when I got home I found a side order of hash browns was missing (double checked the emailed receipt and it was on there).Wonderful way to ruin an otherwise good morning. We were splurging a bit to treat ourselves today, wish I had just stayed ho.e. I"ll be sure to let everyone I know not to bother to order from this IHOP. They do not care if they do something wrong.
It's been a while since we visited an IHOP. The food and service were pretty good but the price was much higher than I expected. Pancakes were terrific though and we otherwise had a very good time with our son here.
