We ordered 2 combo meals and a side oder of onion rings for dine in. We received 1 combo order and the other burger. When we picked up at the window we were told they were out of onion rings, keep in mind the employee taking our order had no knowledge of this. The gentleman at the pickup station asked if we’d like to replace the onion rings with fries or cheese curds. We requested replacement with cheese curds. We never got the cheese curds. After eating our meal I asked to speak with a manager. I told her the issues and she said they should have offered a replacement. We told her we never received it and she was very short when we asked for a refund on the onion rings. This is not the first time we have dealt with this and they are never “happy” to deal with correcting your order. Food is good. Service is lacking and has definitely went downhill.
I'd give my experience a five but I do have a complaint about you guys. For such a thin little burger, you guys do charge a lot and the fries were old and cold like my marshmallow concrete. Maybe that's why I got my food so fast.
So apparently they no longer accept points redemptions through the app??? I tried redeeming 500 points for a Large Shoestring Fry, and the lady in the drive thru window refused to accept it, and then proceeded to not explain why! Very rude, I’ve never had a problem with this at other locations!
The burgers are excellent. Clean place, friendly staff. The custard dynamite.
The burger was amazing but the store seemed to have a layer of oil covering everything. The bathroom was awful, I had to hold my breath as long as I could. I would eat here again but not go inside.
Pretty decent burgers, fries were on the salty side. The best thing about this place was the shakes.

My wife and I picked up California style steak burgers combo, burgers and fries were ice cold, we won’t spend almost 18.00$ there again!!!
I always like Freddy's. They have good burgers, sides, and custard. My favorite however, are the cheese curds. If you like cheese curds, this is the place to go. And Freddy's is also reasonably priced, which is another reason I like to go here.
We ate inside, and the restaurant was very clean! The workers were doing a great job of taking orders, getting orders out, making sure tables were clean for new guests that were arriving!
