Great service amazing sandwiches wouldn't recommend driving too far being eating
I love this franchise, but the Manhattan employees don’t clean. It’s REALLY dirty.Service is slow. Hopefully the management pulls it together because I’d hate to see it go.
They have the MOST DELICIOUS GLUTEN FREE BREAD!!!! Really appreciate their steps to make my dining experience safe as I have Celiac Disease. Thank you!!
I wouldn't do online orders for more than 2 people, due to the staff's inability to properly prepare, make, and label the meals. When returning to the office, we found that half of the orders were wrong and missing items. When we called to inform the store about this, there answer was Oh well sorry about that. Very unacceptable. I would suggest that, when ordering for more than 2 people do it in person.
On my life this place cannot get an order right. I asked for no pickle and they stuck it unwrapped in my sandwich that doesn’t even have pickles in it!!! Now my sandwich tastes like it’s been dipped in cold vinegar.
Real good subs, a little expensive but it's worth it.
Got a pick up order from here a week ago and they gave me two of the same sandwiches when I asked for totally different sandwiches and when I called to tell them about their mistake after arriving home, the guy was very rude on the phone and just responded “OK” he also sounded super tired and like he was having the worst day. I then asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager. Still this is hard to believe that an establishment would have someone so very unprofessional like this as a manager. He even refused to give me a name. There will be a long time before I eat here again. Def the worst customer experience I’ve ever had at firehouse subs!
The night I came here, the entire area was so busy due to the Christmas parade, shopping, and it being Friday after work. Isaiah greeted me as I entered, he made my sub exactly how I requested, and had a friendly smile and attitude the entire time. I was very happy with my experience here!
