I work in food service. Saw the guy with pink hair touch a cooked burger and buns… wipe his gloves on his pants then go back to preparing the burger…. WITH THE SAME GLOVES he touches the touch screen order device and goes to put more raw burgers on the grill and then touches raw vegetables to put on the burger. ALL WITH THE SAME GLOVES. Gross.

I ordered the fat doobie which I've had before the first time it was made really well and I had no complaints about it however the second time I got it out was completely horrible..... it is suppose to have chicken strips, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, french fries and honey mustard there was so much honey mustard that I had to eat with silverware because I couldn't hold the sandwich to take a bite out of it, as for everything else inside the sandwich the only thing I could taste was french fries, the only thing that I tasted other than fries was a chicken strip that fell off the sandwich and I ate it separately everything was one giant mush inside
Super rude cook, food was under a warmer for 30+ minutes. I'd give 0 stars if possible. They should call it skinny shack because it takes forever to get your food.
Friendly staff & good food! Very interesting items on the menu, it was good to try something different for a change. Best fried pickles I've had in a long time! Thanks Fat Shack!
Went in to get a fat veggie like I have been doing since fatshack opened, and the cashier tried to add chicken to my sandwich... I told him chicken does not go on the fat veggie because, well its a veggie sandwich nor did I even ask for that. He said its something new theyve been doing and literally appeared to careless. So, if you arent a meat eater please make it VERY CLEAR to them that meat does not go on your sandwich nor do you want it on there. Also, double check your change back he gave me the wrong change a few times. I know they are understaffed but that is just an overall no. Wont be back for a while very odd indeed..
I waited 45 minutes for a burger and mozzarella sticks. Multiple people waited multiple minutes just to have their order taken. The efficiency and speed of the restaurant was not impressive at all.
They changed the menu took everything my wife and I like to order off... then they discontinued 1/2 off wing Sunday because wing pices went up!! But 95% + of the menu IS CHICKEN!!! I'm done with this place 80% of the time can't get a order correct on the first try some times not even the second try I will just drive by and go somewhere else for now on not worth anyone's time anymore
Terrible smh paid for onion rings and this is what they give me and also no drinks, they told me it was eatstreets problem to fix and eatstreet told me the restaurant needs to fix it smh never ended up getting my drinks or the refund for the drinks. But that’s nothing new dealing with eatstreet ???
