It's Dunkin what else could be said, the only thing that could improve this location would be customer service. A smile goes a long way, especially when you could have no job and be broke!.
I ordered a cake batter signature latte w/ extra espresso and they knocked it out! That thing was amazing! I will definitely be ordering again!
Honestly most of their drinks are gross or too sweet. The drive through is slower than anything. I was in line for 40 minutes and missed my class. But it’s cheap so ya know
Had a $9.01 order, gave the girl at the window $20.01. Should have been $11 back & she gave me $1! I said, umm I gave you $20.01…the maths not right. Then she continues to give me $10 and looks at me and says, “Is that right?”….you have to be kidding me. The girl with glasses that was working at 7:30 this morning needs to be moved somewhere other than the window. If you can’t handle peoples money correctly then find another job! Will be going to Scooters from now on. This place has gone down hill this past two months!
This place oh goodness waiting 45 mins for a breakfast sandwich told them 3 times what I was waiting for by the 4th time asking i got attitude saying they get to it when they can. As other people behide me who ordered other breakfast sandwich get theirs before mine. Got someone else coffee twice. ( not really a big deal).
It is a great place to get your coffee and go! You can get donuts there and some other breakfast items. It may get a little backed up somedays but you still usually get there pretty quick. The donuts are amazing and so is the coffee. You can order online but there isn't a curbside here. Overall it is a great place.
The staff is very nice. But, if your order is more than 3 items, you will not get your complete order.I've even stopped ordering drinks to simplify the process, doesn't seem to help.I really do like the staff, always super friendly. But never had an accurate order in the 6 times I've been there.
I downloaded the the app. Set up my account and immediately received an offer for a free medium coffee. I went to my local Dunkin’ Donut in Manhattan, KS. ordered the coffee, showed them the promotional offer and the girl working the register had no idea how do it. She told me she doesn’t have the app. and I would have to talk to the manager the next day. A lot of good the app. Is if the employees don’t know how to use it. I paid for a medium coffee and it was only Luke warm, took one sip and threw it in the trash. I deleted the app and I am done with Dunkin.
1000% better than Starbucks with better prices. Location could be better but that’s not really something they can control. Only thing I would ask for is another location on the south west side of town, other than that everything about Dunkin’ is as advertised. Accurate orders, friendly people.
Elizabeth king the store manager comes to work sick and she has covid and coughing on all surfaces which food makes contact with. I no longer work here it is very unsanitary and unsafe. A co worker had fallen on spilt water and she did nothing to address the issue. This place is totally unsafe work conditions. They do not use a dishwasher and they do not properly clean the dishes they just use dawn dish soap and sanitizer and let dishes soak. The lobby just get wiped down with warm water. The trash is piled up and then spilt. Workers that handle food also have there hands in the trash and then they prepare food. They even drop food on the floor and reshelf it to be resold. I will never work here ever again and eat here my health is at extreme risk and I believe shutting this place down is the way to move forward so no one else will get hurt and no one gets sickend and I am going somewhere else to work much more sanitary and safer. Yeah I will never return to work at Dunkin donuts ever. I even blocked there number and emails I do not want to hear from them ever again. The store manager is inexperienced and has no commonense and has no respect for her employees and customers. My work experience working here is very bad and I don't strongly recommend anyone working and eating here. These issues need to be seriously addressed before they can continue running there business.
