I have been impressed with this location. Almost every time I go in I am greeted well. From delivery drivers, and from different people in their different roles, I have appreciated seeing the young work ethic of these different team members in a covid world where a lot of people don't want to serve in different industries. Well done! Oh, and the food pretty great too!
Order on a regular basis even after being wrongfully terminated due to family Medical/Having Covid. I usually have small issues like forgetting sauces but today I ordered and received a pizza with NO SAUCE. I don’t t understand how or why their staff does this but its beyond frustrating at this point.
These guys go above an beyond to make their customers happy!! I’m very please Everytime I go in! Thank you for being one of the few restaurants with great service!!!
Wow! What a busy place!!! Pizza ? was very hot and fresh. They are not stingy with their toppings either. ? We enjoyed watching the young man spinning that pizza dough around! He's very enthusiastic about that... ?
My friend made an online order and I went to go pick it up. Upon arriving it was not ready. Cashier said maybe 5 more minutes. I left and came back. When I came back I patiently waited for the cashier to get off the phone. After waiting for multiple calls to be handled cashier then gets off of phone and asked the man that came in way after I did how could he help him as if I wasn't standing there. I then left because it was outright disrespect. There were multiple employees that could have assisted but no one did.
I order from here a lot and the food is consistently good. It is always hot when delivered, too. They never mess up an order! Highly recommend!

Humph one star is more than they deserve waited over an hour for a delivery that went to the other end of town then was given a half-baked excuse for why the order taker never checked my address or my phone number so dissatisfied an disappointed and I feel embarrassed for the parents of the employees of that place.
Been ordering for year's at this location but never again. I have been so patient probably more then most people in today's world. But for 3 days now I have been waiting for my free pizza credit that they owe me. Everytime I call they say manager is not here call back tomorrow for 3 days. Finally someone says he is here but we are super busy if I could call back. Called back 2-3 hours later and guess what he went home. Just ridiculous so disappointed in new staff/manager's.
Got the order wrong. Waited for an hour for the "20 minute" order. Called and they said they couldn't do anything about it, to call back the next day and talk to the manager. So I did. This kid told me I should have called the night it happened. I told him I had, told him I was told to call today to speak with mgr. He offered to give me 15% of the $ spent, and to give me credit for the rest. Absolutely not what their website says. Never again
