Moderate DQ out of all the ones I have been to. Mix in ratio for the blizzard I got was a bit off (it was mostly ice cream and not as many add ins as I would have come to expect). Didn't get any food from here as I typically don't order food from DQ. Likely won't come back to this location unless it is the only place open serving ice cream late at night.

Sat waiting at the drive thru intercom for over 15 minutes. Every few minutes someone would say order when you're ready and then itd go silent. Thinking it was a malfunction or something I kept waiting. Once they finally came back they said they couldn't hear me and I was having to yell my entire order to the intercom everyone in line behind me were equally confused. Then I sat at the window for over 20 minutes, workers were mostly standing around, it still took 10 minutes to get my drink, No apologies no explanations, just ignored the whole time. There was only one worker who was nice and he made sure I had everything I needed before I drove off.For a birthday dinner it was quite the ridiculous hassle.*** and after all of that ive discovered they gave me the completely wrong order anyways.
Really good and some fast service as well. The Fruity Dipped Cone was so good. The chicken sandwich is On Point!!!
Food was good. The girl taking the order was very kind and courteous. Restroom could be cleaner but not as bad as other places.
Have not been to DQ in a long time. Person taking order needed it repeated 3 times and there was no background noise. Blizzard was wrong
I’ve honestly let some things slide but it’s got to the point where it’s frustrating. I understand being busy but they didn’t even acknowledge me. Waited at the speaker maybe a good 5-10 minutes. Nothing. I said hello and asked if I could order a few times, nothing. 80% of the time an item is forgotten in my food bag. One of the staff literally looked me through the window on the back door. Nothing.
Tonite I was waiting in the line and a women parked & was trying Togo inside but lobby was closed . I let her cut in line and she paid for my order so i passed the good vibes on to the car behind me and i hope Troy kept it going !!! Everyone was working sooo hard and they were short staffed but did a great job at getting orders out in a timely manner and i had to tip them also !! Keep it up Friday night crew !!! Great team work !! Thank you
Ordered 3 meals 2 were perfect the 3rd had nasty cold fries in it that tasted like they had set for an hour before serving them this happens everytime i go to this dairy queen wont be giving them anymore of my money....
Only drive thru at the moment no prob there. 7 bucks for burger, fries, drink and sundae though is a great deal.
