I was going out for lunch, I decided to eat here at Chipotle. First off, there were little food options. Second, the employees were quite aggressive. Third, the floors and tables were often DIRTY. Fourth, there was not an option to add Queso to your entrée. Fifth, the food was dry and tasted quite lousy when I took a bite out of my burrito I ordered that day. Sixth and FINAL, I kept getting an excuse from the employees saying that some drinks were out, and this counts for almost every time I eat at Chipotle. Overall, I do NOT recommend CHIPOTLE at all! I wish I could rate no stars, but I am forced to do so since I could not proceed without rating a star. I would definitely prefer Qdoba Mexican Eats over Chipotle (100:0). I am never going here ever again!
I love chipotle I ordered 3 take out bowls today, food tastes good but all 3 bowls I ordered are only half full. Not sure why this happened today but not worth the price.
We bought 2 large cheese quesadilla it was one handful of cheese one tortilla it was $18 what a rip off. You can can a chicken burrito for $7.80.
Always so good, never a bad chipotle bowl or burrito from here! No wonder this is their most profitable store in Kansas!
Would never recommend going here. I went to this location tonight, not only did I not get my cheese quesadilla, when I called the restaurant to report the issue I was connected to a robot multiple times before being able to talk to an actual person. Once connected I was told I had to come ALL the way back to the store for a refund for the item I didn't receive. The tacos I ordered tasted like pounds of salt were dumped into them and they were obviously stone cold after having to drive back and forth. When I got there the manager was getting "technical" about not having a receipt, but the cashier that didn't give me a receipt was standing right next to her. Lol this place not only has terrible customer service, but also highly disappointing food, and won't get your order right. There are so many other places to get better tacos/"Mexican food" in town. Don't waste your time or money here.
Total disappointment I picked up my food and they didn’t give me any rice or beans and they gave me chicken instead of steak and no queso . Good luck getting ahold of anyone to get it fixed either so I basically got a bowl of toppings so ridiculous. Tried calling customer service and they were zero help. Chipotle will mess up your order and not even try to make it right WASTE OF MONEY!
A college town Chipotle. The service was great! They were fast and professional. Though the containers were not full (2:30pm), the area was clean. The food was comparable with other Chipotles, though the rice was a little hard.
I've ordered delivery from here twice and will not anymore. The quality is fine but they really barely give you any food. And they really skimp on the protein.

Ingredients taste great but the portions are pathetic... I asked for steak and the guy scooped maybe 6 pieces. Every ingredient he scooped was done gingerly and cheaply. My friend ordered a bowl and literally half of it was empty. I have never seen that at a Chipotle. If management has instructed them to reduce portions to preserve costs, it's not the way. I expect the same portion as every other Chipotle. They should increase the cost if they need.
