Online order processed promptly. Best Crab Rangoon's I've found in KS. Sesame Chicken w/fried rice perfect. Great steamed dumplings and Spring rolls. House Special Lo Mein a little iffy, but I think it's just got too many different kinds of meat in one dish. HUGE portions on both entrees.

Until today, I ordered from Chen's often. Their printer always messes up the notes so it was often late. Today I received some of the worst service of my life! I put in a timed order for 5pm so that I might have food on my break. They delivered it 4 hours early! I immediately called them, explained the situation, and they told me that they would send my order back out on time. I waited to take my break 30 mintues for food that wasn't coming. When I called to find out what went wrong, the man that answer immediately got hostile with me. I tried to explain the situation a 2nd time but he would not listen. So I am writting this review while I eat the cold noodles they dropped off at the wrong time 4 1/2 hours ago. I will never order from Chen's again. You shouldn't either. If you're reading this, call Hunan express instead!

The Singapore noodles are the best I've ever had.

My husband and I regularly order delivery from this restaurant because it’s fast, convenient, and very affordable. We are always so pleasantly surprised by how fast our orders arrive. The food is very fresh, and the portions are also very generous, so if you’re in the mood for leftovers you won’t be disappointed. :D

Our food was cold and delivered to our table one thing at a time. By the time we had all of our meal it was cold. The crab rangoons and egg rolls have changed recipes, not very good. We won't be back. The place wasn't busy and yet there were several tables that weren't cleared.

The food was really good. But they gave me the wrong meal. Didn't realize until I got home. But what I did get was very flavorful.

Used drive thru to pick up some steamed white rice and chicken wings. Wings were golden brown and fresh. Rice was perfect.

So this restaurant is hit or miss, sometimes it’s pretty good and other times, it’s not very good at all. Delivery is always quick, and the drivers are always friendly. So my last experience, I ordered General Tso’s chicken that comes with fried rice and ordered some egg rolls. The chicken was super spicy, like hot wings. I like spicy food, but this was a bit too much. The fried rice, was reheated rice with no vegetables and some egg. Rice was dry and not soft, like day old rice. The egg rolls were soggy inside. Overall not very good at all, and I ended up throwing out the left overs

Been ordering here for a few weeks now on and off, quick and reliable service with good delivery times. Their delivery minimum means you will likely spend about $15-20 per delivery order but for the amount of food you get that is surprisingly good. Highly recommend.

I've eaten here many times and normally it's really good. Tonight I ordered chicken fried rice and 2 egg rolls to go. I was definitely not impressed this time. It didn't seem like the rice was fresh and the chicken looks like it needs cooked. I kinda wish I would have wasted the gas and drove down to aggieville for Hunams Express. What's sad is Hunams was always my favorite place to get food. I never realized that the owners sold and took over Chens. I found that out on my 2nd trip in there with my husband.
