It's been quite a while since I've been in there & I don't remember having such horrible service. It was probably about 1 or 2 pm. The waitress was overly attentive as I was the only customer. Then another couple came in & I barely saw her. She would place things I asked for on the opposite side of the table. The table is large so difficult to reach. She repeatedly apologized when asking if everything was OK. My bill was $18 & some change. I laid a 20 & a 10 down & she said she'd bring me change. My mouth was full so I just nodded. When she came back she laid my change on the far sife of the table, said she was sorry again & asked if I needed anything else & walked away. I didn't see her anymore. When I picked up my change it was for the 20. The 10 was gone. Yes, I should have said something, but I was tired & had more errands to run. She didn't ask if I realized I laid down an extra 10. At that point I would have said yes, I need it broke. I just wrote it up for experience. I rarely complain, I just felt being only one of three customers, the service should have been better. She was not the only staff there. I guess I should have known when I waited almost 5 minutes to be recognized I had a entered the store. There were 2 people checking salt & pepper shakers & they didn't even acknowledge my presence by saying they'd be w me shortly. I know they saw me.

I'm from Arizona and this is definitely not like the Mexican food I had there. The names of some of the dishes wear the same, but they sure didn't look like anything I've ever seen before. I ordered the fajita steak burrito which means literally that. Just fajita steak and cheese, no onions or peppers like you would expect in a fajita burrito. And the whole thing was covered in red sauce which I don't like. I ordered a side of fries which came on the same plate as my burrito and covered in red sauce. We'll give them one more try just to be sure we didn't catch them on and off night.
The food was okay just don't go in there expecting Mexican cuisine. It's Mexican inspired so as long as you don't go in expecting Mexican food you'll be able to enjoy it.
I ordered a Fajita steak burrito, but I couldn't see too many meats! All the things covered by too much cheese and sour cream! Worst Mexican restaurant I have ever tried!
If I could do 0 I would. Our hostess sat us then it took about 15 minutes to get our drink order in a kids water unsweetened tea and Mountain Dew. Was told no kids cup here’s a large was given sweet tea we ordered 2 apps to split we sat for over 45 minutes to not get a check up or food. When we mentioned the tea being wrong but hey no worries I’ll drink water the waiter just let it sit there never took it off the table. Working in the service industry I try and give people a break but this was outrageous. Saw 4 tables full of dirty dishes the whole hour spent there. When the manager came she blamed everything on I wasn’t expecting a late rush so the kitchen is backed up. We had somewhere to be so by the time we got the food we had to have it boxed. The only positive thing is the manager took care of the ticket as it should of been. It was ridiculous!
First let me say I wouldn’t even give them a one but I have to pick at least one!! First I ordered one of the more expensive meals! When it came to the table it had 4 pieces of grilled chicken like 4 nugget size pieces. So I said something, I very rarely complain about food. Our waiter said he’d let us talk to the manager. She never came to our table. He came back and said they would take 20% off my meal and bring me chicken. They took 2.00 off of our bill and brought me a small cup of dry chicken (about 6 small pieces) to add to my meal! Horrible horrible meal!
Where to begin?! This place is a joke now and makes Taco Bell look like gourmet Mexican food. We just finished a meal here as a family and I must say that if I wasn't trying to be a good role model for my children I would have gotten up and left 15 minutes after sitting down. The hostess was very rude and the waitress knew nothing about the menu or the restaurant. We had to ask for service throughout our whole dining experience or we wouldn't have been served at all. I know there are labor shortages going on now but its not an excuse for the lousy meal you just charged me for. Close your doors if things are that bad.
Absolutely the worst fajitas I have ever had. The beef was all fat. The queso was way too think was i was supposed to get salsa, but didn't. Don't waste your time and money going here.
Been a long time since we've been here and it was good! Everything on the menu sounded so yummy it was hard to choose but we were happy with what we got!
