Remodel is great. More open and not so congested. Food was great. Service was great

Is my second time and I love the family environment. Great food and the server had great customer service.

Service was ok. Food was not. Ordered mozzarella sticks, they were half cooked and the underside was soggy. Like they were sitting in something. Got a side of Mac and Cheese and they were beyond dry, it definitely was not served fresh and looked like it was portioned ahead of time and sat out to dry. Some of the menu was unavailable due to “it being the day before a truck order”. Also, to top it off my husband and I get home feeling sick. Husband actually gets sick.

Staff was very friendly and kind and patient. Went to treat myself for my birthday and gave me an awesome recommendation and wished me happy birthday on my receipt which was a small thing but meant alot to me. Thanks BWW

Messed up my order, unfortunately I don't have time to inventory my bag when I pick it up. I was also surprised to find that if you pick up your food to save a buck on delivery, there is a pick up fee. Hilarious. Only get the stars cause I love wings.

Good food but it's expensive for similar foods I can get elsewhere at a better quality at a similar price somewhere else. Protip, bring your own sauces for a better experience

I was on vacation for a few days and decided to go to this place to get some wings with my sister, S's fiance, my brother, me, and my mom. Everything looked normal. After we had ordered however, we found a spider on my sisters neck. THIS THING WAS LITERALLY 3-4 CENTIMETRES. We screamed to the waitress who was about 3 feet away to come back and give us another table. We explained that we saw a spider on my S's neck and showed a picture that I took before everyone noticed (I now have lost that picture). Guess what she did, A: gave us a new table or B: "I'll go speak to my manager if I can get you another table." Well what did you guess? The right answer is B. SHE LITERALLY HAD TO WALK OVER TO HER MANAGER WHICH WAS FAR AWAY IN THE EMPLOYEES ROOM TO GIVE US A NEW TABLE. KEEP IN MIND I SHOWED A PICTURE. Wanna know the worst part? We had to pay for the wings that we never got, and had to pay for the drinks we had only opened and hadn't taken a sip out of yet. No coupons or anything. I also now have arachnophobia and so does my S. Rather would go to Arbys to get food than this place.

Took my family out for wings, cause sometimes the cook needs a day off. Wings are a lot of work, so I don't mind the prices of them. That being said... I will not be ordering a sandwich from there again. The wings are almost always awesome.I thought I would try something new. It was a terrible idea. The bun was really good. The chicken and slaw were very very bland and disappointing. The Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich is not really hot and being a southern lady. Nashville should be mad. It was very dry and really sad.I will go back for wings but probably won't try any other entrée. Our server was awesome and sweet.

There were a few weird things that happened at this Bdubs. 1. I asked for carrots, instead of carrots they gave me baby carrots. I have been eating at Buffalo Wild Wings for 20 years, I have just never seen baby carrots instead of carrot sticks, not a negative...just different. 2. My biggest complaint may be about corporate and not this location. I have eaten "Desert Heat" dry rub for like 15 years. It is the only reason I go to Bdubs. This time it tasted like sugar. It had some heat, some saltyness, but for the most part it tasted like sugar. It did not taste like desert heat. Do franchises mix their own rubs?Service was awesome as always, and the place was clean enough for me.

Thank you guys, so much better tonight. I was worried when my coworkers asked me to pick up food for them as the prior 4 experiences our food had been incorrect or completely missing. After an extremely draining weekend of working almost non-stop I wrote everything to be ordered down and simply handed it to the young lady running the front. She rocked, completely understood I had nothing left in me, she made sure I had everything we needed. Thank you. I just wish I had enough of the jamming jalapeno sauce to cover all of wings.
