I really love the atmosphere and the staff that works here. I've often come here to catch up with friends and it's a great place for that. However I've never been super happy with the coffee I've ordered. It's generally been kinda bitter on several occasions.
It's just like... Dude, you get the best coffee ever, dude. It's just like, you pull in, and you just get atem. You just drop in, smack the lip... Waapah! Just drop down... Swoopah! And then after that, you just drop in, ride the barrel, and get pitted, so pitted
When first walking into Brother’s, I was already impressed. The atmosphere is so calm and inviting that I wanted to come back before I even left. The coffee tastes great, and they have a great selection of both coffee and tea, including an assortment of their own signature drinks! The staff is super friendly and welcoming. It’s my new favorite place to get homework and my writing done!
The latte was super tasty, but I barely had a word said to me besides my total. I was ordering more than just a drink and I got cut off when the staff turned his back to me, then I felt like a burden ordering food because the staff complained someone had to go make it and the staff gave me a huge sigh. The latte was like 5 bucks and not worth the complimentary 'tude.I had a really bad day, and came here to gather myself and try to get some work done. I used to come here all the time the past few years as this was my go to place to be and I love supporting local, but I dont think I'll back ever.
This has become my favorite coffee shop in all of Manhattan!Really cool atmosphere, the owner is super friendly and kind, and the overall environment is just very welcoming and friendly.The drinks are also great too. They use thou mayest coffee out of Kansas City which is a good spot and they produce good beans.Every time I come to Manhattan, I always make an appointment to come stop here. You should as well!

I got a White Chocolate Mocha and Caramel Oatmilk Latte with an extra shot and it was DELICIOUS!!My husband got a Blended White Chocolate Mocha Breve with Caramel. He isn't much of a coffee drinker, so he didn't care for his as much but I thought it was good!!I definitely will come again when in Manhattan!!
The barista was very friendly. And the coffee was absolutely fantastic. The shots were perfectly pulled and the milk was steamed and poured in the Cutiest leaf. It was an amazing latte. The atmosphere was the perfect coffee house vibe as well.
I enjoyed my experience so much, I felt compelled to write a review on it. On a whim I decided to go here and was met by the owner at the register. He greeted me and struck up a genuine conversation and asked what my name was, not to write it on the cup, but make a human connection. Not only is the owner a genuinely nice person (that I could tell from this interaction) but he made my coffee super quick. The coffee, that is where I was won over. I got an iced Carmel latte breve, this is the best cup of coffee I've had in all of Manhattan. Plus it is like two dollars cheaper than other coffee shops. Extremey pleased with my experience.
I highly recommend Brothers Coffee. It is my new stop-through when traveling to & from KC to my hometown, Clay Center. Awesome vibe, cozy, good options. I love me a good coffee shop!
