The employee was so nice. I had been so excited to go and try a sandwich that they had discontinued and I didn't know.. so just something for my partner and the fries were barely cooked. Gross.
Drive through lane had no communication on speaker, tried for 5 minutes. Car in front went to ahead to window, myself and car behind decided to leave.
Good food; roast beef, beef n cheddar, sandwiches etc., curly fries, sides and drinks!
Might as well close. This location is only open 2 hours every day, 11am to 1pm.
Using the coupons more than once was a plus, this Arbys was really good.

I want to call out some great service. I came through the drive through today and was very busy. Even with that, I noticed you all were working very hard.I wanted to specifically call out Travell, who was working the drive thru window. I know these jobs can be draining. Despite that, Travell was doing like 6 things at once and was still extremely professional and kind. He's definitely a hard worker and deserves some recognition.
Food was okay price okay service was slow
Manager on duty was superb and in control of her shift.
