“You get free chips and salsa if you sit at the bar”…. Got chips… after 10min I finally asked if we get salsa with it. There was a max of 15 customers there and I counted 5 waiters. There was casual cursing across the bar from employees. A bartenders boyfriend came in 10 min after us and got drinks right away. I love hangin out at Applebees but not anymore, sadly.

Place was pretty empty so we were sat quickly and our waitress was great. Asked for a Moscow mule & the bartender basically yelled that they didn’t have ginger beer. No problem. Ordered one of the frozen margaritas but on the rocks, bartender told my waitress “that would be nasty” and wouldn’t make it. I could hear everything she was saying because it was empty. Just say you don’t know how to make mixed drinks. When my friends got their drinks you could tell it was mostly ice. All 3 entrees were cold except for the side of garlic mashed potatoes. Asked for medium steak and got well done. Our waitress was incredibly helpful, offered replacements, and was very patient.

Had dinner here before seeing a movie. Food was pretty good, but we got off on the wrong foot with the appetizer. Nacho waffle fries…the ones that were cooked were tasty. Unfortunately that was only about half of them. Service from Jonah was good.

I had not been to an Applebee's in a while. I have NO PLANS TO RETURN. I don't even know where to start! Appetizers: We ordered spinach-artichoke dip. The dip was great! The chips, however, must've been from the bottom of the bag...not ONE of them was big enough to use for dipping! NOT ONE! (Our "main" waitress kept sitting at a table with "friends" so we had to catch whoever was walking by our table for help!) When we asked for more tea, it came to us with ice melted and warm. Next the baby back ribs had no meat on them at all. A thin layer of skin stuck so tight to the bone...nothing "fell off" the bone but the BBQ sauce! The chicken was so dry, I could barely swallow it. I gave up n left most of it. The shrimp was good. The mushrooms and sauté onions were really good!! The garlic mashed potatoes were cold when they were served. We had to ask twice for silverware for both of us. Only one set was brought to the table. We had plans to order dessert...we decided to quit before we paid for something else that was sub-par! One last comment, we were going to use the bathroom before we left...NO WAY WOULD I USE IT. I'VE SEEN CLEANER "OUTHOUSES"! I DECIDED TO "HOLD IT" TILL WE GOT HOME AND WE DECIDED THEN WE WOULD NOT EAT AT APPLEBEE'S AGAIN.

Once we got seated we had to wait for our waiter for 30 mins to bring our drinks and menu’s. Took for ever for the waiter to get back to take our order. Once we got our food . The steak my son got was over cooked so we sent it back . By time he got his steak the rest of us was pretty much done with our food. The place wasn’t busy at all and not short handed. The manger was rude not only to us but to other tables to. Was a bad Experience

Very... wierd loacation. We love to get the load fries late at night, as there cheap and never fail to be great drinking food. Any time we stray from that though, the menu items are always either cold, stale, plates mostly empty etc. Also the service is also... wierd. It's an Applebee's though, you get what you come for really!

We ordered two entrees, three sides, and an appetizer curbside. Two of the sides were missing, the third side was a salad with the wrong dressing, one entree was soggy and the other had wilted lettuce, but the appetizer (chicken wonton taco) was excellent. Service was very nice and provided refund for the missing sides.

Our waitress was in training, but her trainer didn't know much either about service. First, they shoul assume customets need a menu and just bring them instead of asking then taking nearly 10 minutes. All told it was 15 minutes for a menu. Another 20 minutes and three asks to get lemon for my water. When I asked about whether or not a breadstick came with my order, the TRAINER said he'd been off for a week and he didn't know. For Pete's sake, it was the blind leading the blind. The facilities were none too clean, either, and waitress was in the handicap stall texting the whole time I was in there. When there are only 2 stalls it's just bad form, selfish and unprofessional to hog one. We'll not be going back hete again. On a good note, the food was delicious.

Went out to have a good night for a friends 21st birthday. Keep in mind this was a Wednesday night around 8:00 so they weren’t busy. We called ahead an hour before to make sure that they could accommodate our group of nine and they told us it would be no issue. We showed up and we’re shown to a table quickly. Our server, BROOKE, then greeted us ten minutes later and we ordered drinks, she IDed no one after ordering alcoholic beverages and then proceeded how to tell us how she didn’t care if we were drinking underage as long as we tipped her. We then waited around 20 minutes for our drinks as we watched them sit on the bar and go flat and she chatted with her coworkers towards the back of the restaurant. She then finally brought us our drinks and then got food orders after around 30 minutes. Two appetizers that we ordered never came and our drinks remained empty for the duration of our time there. When our food did finally arrive three entrees were missing and BROOKE stated that she simply forgot to put them in and it wasn’t a big deal. An hour later our other entrees and missing appetizers arrived cold and soggy. It gets worse, she completely messed up our tickets and didn’t comp any of the items we were missing all evening. This server experience ruined apple bees for us and none of us will be eating there again. What could have been a $30+ tip turned into $5 real quick. I’ve been in the restaurant industry for 5+ years and have never experienced service this terrible. Do better!!

I worked in the food industry for 28yrs, having fun and connecting with my guests was and is the most important thing in that line of work. If your serving only to make money go to fast food. Servers act like getting extra napkins or salsa is out of the way when it's really part of your tip. Try engaging in conversation or making sure everything is good before you walk away. Just a little tip...
