How is this location still operating like it is? It's a horrible experience - for different reasons each time. 50% chance their fountain drinks taste like nasty "water." I agree with the other reviews... Shut this place down and replace it with something good. Lol.
How one place can be continuously terrible is beyond me. It's the closest fast food to us and with kids, sometimes you just have to stop. Maybe once every couple months we'll order and the experience never changes. I honestly don't think they've ever correctly bagged an order. What makes that exponentially worse is the service is so slow and the dining room is closed. So after waiting 10+ minutes to order food you have to go through the drive thru and repeat the process. One can only hope a competent fast food place opens close by. Please. I'm begging you.
Can’t wait for this to close down so we can have something new here.7 cars deep in the drive through takes 30 minutes. Employees inside could not care less, food is cold and don’t expect your food to be correct.
The food is wonderful both burgers and chicken. Staff is not so good, they are slow, forgetful of your order, talk more w each other than customer...lack of customer service..it's sad. But food is great!
Ordered a junior bacon cheese burger mayo only got one minus mayo. Wrong drink as well and gave me too much change and I told then. They counted wr9ng again and gave slightlyless to much change.
$10.49 for a dried out paper thin chicken sandwich meal. Had to throw the sandwich away. A bit upset that they didn't give me the receipt to report the lack of quality. Gets 2 stars since fries were warm.

Got there when they where switching from breakfast to lunch. No big deal. Only problem I get me drinks with no ice because it hurts my teeth and they put ice in my drink. They also forgot the sauce for the nuggets. Other than that decent place.
Came here for a door dash order.. I show up and it's like they didn't even know there was an order.. proceed to having one manager argue with another about how, who, or why it was erased.. completely unable to communicate from the minute I walked in. I will never accept an order from here again, out of all the restaurants I picked up from the fast food one was the slowest and least prepared. I don't know how it doesn't work at this Wendy's but my gf also has the same experience picking up orders from here.
Line around the building. Only one window working. Didn't give me a total when ordering. Didn't write order on digital board. Ordered saltless fries but got salt. No tomato on burger. Had to remind to get the drink once I got to drink it it was completely wrong. Might have been shortchanged even. This place is terrible. You'd think they would try harder being the only restaurant convenient to a major highway but they've given up.
